  • Publication number: 20210273487
Abstract: Designs for a magnetic mounting system that facilitate wireless charging. The magnetic mounting system generally includes an attachment member engaged with a device that interfaces magnetically with a carrier member. The attachment member may comprise a split ring or discontinuous ring comprising arcuate members that allows inductive coupling between a charge transmitting coil and a charge receiving coil to be achieved as the arcuate members do not interfere with the inductive coupling. Specifically, rather than a solid plate in which the RF energy emitted by the charge transmitting coil generates eddy currents in the plate, the arcuate members are substantially transparent to the RF energy such that inductive coupling may be achieved.

  • Patent number: 11060295
Abstract: The present invention relates to a bar system for securing a snow fence to a membrane pad assembly connected to a structure. The bar system comprises a base bracket with an arm attachment portion having one or more openings and an arm bracket comprising one or more openings for operably connecting to the arm attachment portion using fasteners. At least one of the openings in the base bracket is configured to operably connect to the membrane pad assembly. At least one of the one or more openings in the arm bracket comprising an arcuate opening so as to allow movement along X,Y and rotational axis, e.g. horizontally, vertically and/or to allow the arm bracket to move between an open position and a closed position relative to the arm attachment portion so as to allow entry of a bar extrusion. The bar extrusion being secured by the fasteners in the one or more openings between the arm attachment portion of the base bracket and the arm bracket so as to hold snow, ice and other objects.

  • Publication number: 20210205162
Abstract: A surgical positioner system for a support table having a side rail having a clamp assembly for attaching to the side rail. The clamp assembly having a spring and a locking assembly with movement in the x- and y-plane; and extension provides sliding movement in the z-plane. The extension being dimensioned to be operably connected to said clamp assembly and a rotational assembly. A rotational assembly has a portion for operably connecting to the extension, a device attachment portion, and a rotational assembly operably connected to the device attachment portion for providing rotational thereof. A boot having a holder portion and a flexible attachment can be attached to the device attachment portion. The surgical positioner provides motion from different force factors causing multiple components to move in a coordinated way using such established pivots and useful in performing various surgical procedures including direct anterior approach total hip replacement surgery.

  • Patent number: 11041314
Abstract: An apparatus comprising a clamp with a mounting body having downwardly extending legs with at least one leg configured with an arcuate surface and a slot formed in a bottom surface of said mounting body by the downwardly extending legs for receiving a raised portion of a surface and a top portion for securing the device thereon. The clamp further includes one or more pins being received in one or more push-pin holes formed in the arcuate surface of the mounting body at a predetermined angle relative to said slot, whereby the predetermined angle can secure the clamp to varying designs of the raised portion, and a fastener adapted to be received in a fastener hole formed adjacent the one or more push-pin holes in the arcuate surface to force the one or more pins against the raised portion disposed in said slot and secure the clamp thereto.

  • Publication number: 20210180627
Abstract: A clamp assembly that may be used for securing to a raised portion of a surface. The clamp assembly comprising a mounting body of a general block shape having a slot for receiving the raised portion formed in a bottom surface of the mounting body attaching the clamp assembly thereto. The clamp assembly is configured with one or more pins that may be formed in a substantially elongated cylindrical shape. The pins may be configured to be received in one or more push-pin holes formed in the mounting body, whereby the push-pin holes extend to the slot from a side surface of push-pin holes. The clamp assembly includes a fastening element adapted to be received in a fastener hole formed adjacent the push-pin holes in the side surface of the mounting body. The fastening element is configured to secure, attach and hold the clamp assembly to the standing seam by forcing the pins against the raised portion of the surface disposed in the slot.

  • Publication number: 20210111512
Abstract: A mount for supportably engaging an article. The mount includes a bulbous member that may include a convexly shaped surface area. The convexly shaped surface area may be supportively contactable with a first interconnect portion of a carrier member. An attachment member that is operatively associable with a device may be removably engageable with a second interconnect portion of the carrier member. The carrier member may be moved throughout a continuum of positions defined by the convexly curved surface area of the bulbous member. Additionally, the bulbous member may be supportably engaged by a variety of embodiments of support structures for supporting or mounting the mount.
