Abstract: An evacuation, rescue, and survival vest device is described. The vest is configured with hexagonal or honey-comb-shaped compartments having multiple access points across the surface area of the vest. The vest device is a garment composed of a lightweight, buoyant, reflective material. At least one light is disposed near the top of the vest to illuminate the wearer making him or her more visible, as well as to illuminate the wearer's sight at night. Compartments disclosed on the interior of the garment are also available. Rear compartments disposed on the back of the garment provide for the storage of water, hydration equipment, and rations.
