Abstract: This invention provides a network element data access processing method and a network management system. In the network management system, a virtual network element is disposed between a network management server and at least one network element device; the virtual network element stores backup data of service data in one or more network element devices; the network management server implements access of service data in a network element device by accessing backup data that is of the service data in the network element device and stored in the virtual network element, so as to implement that the network management server accesses the service data in the network element device without relying on an interface of the network element device any longer, thereby improving access efficiency of accessing the service data by the network management server.

Abstract: According to an alarm correlation analysis method, apparatus, and system, alarm analysis rules are grouped according to a certain policy; each alarm analysis rule group is correlated with one analysis engine, and the analysis engine performs, according to an alarm analysis rule in the alarm analysis rule group corresponding to the analysis engine, correlation analysis for an alarm that has a correlation with the alarm analysis rule group, so that multiple analysis engines implement concurrent analysis on a large quantity of alarms, thereby fully utilizing a multi-core resource, and improving efficiency of alarm correlation analysis.

Abstract: A method for selectively connecting a multi-mode mobile phone with a mobile communication network or a wireless network is constructed among a mobile communication network, a wireless network and a multi-mode mobile phone, wherein the multi-mode mobile phone includes a first number corresponding to the mobile communication network, a second number corresponding to the wireless network, and a switching connection software. The multi-mode mobile phone can use the switching connection software to automatically connect the multi-mode mobile phone to the wireless network or the mobile communication network to maintain a better communication quality.
