Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network node, a configuration for applying weighted averaging to layer 1 (L1) reference signal received power (RSRP) measurements. The UE may receive, from the network node, a plurality of reference signals during a period of time, the plurality of reference signals being quasi-co-located with each other. The UE may obtain weighted averaged L1 RSRP measurements associated with the plurality of reference signals based at least in part on the configuration, the weighted averaged L1 RSRP measurements being available as input to a machine learning (ML) model for beam prediction. Abstract: A method for improving estimation of leaf area index in an early growth stage of wheat based on red-edge bands of Sentinel-2 satellite images includes the following steps: acquiring field background spectrum and wheat canopy spectrum information by means of Sentinel-2; respectively acquiring a “straw-soil” spectrum and a “wheat-straw-soil” spectrum, and calculating slopes of red-edge areas of the “straw-soil” spectrum and the “wheat-straw-soil” spectrum; calculating a tangent function SATF corrected by a background adjustment coefficient ?; constructing a wheat LAI estimation model based on a spectral variable SATFNIR-RE2; performing preliminary screening on the LAI estimation model using cross validation; and then testing the screened model with independent data.

Abstract: A power decentralized electric locomotive apparatus includes an electric locomotive and a plurality of muck trucks. The electric locomotive and the plurality of muck trucks are connected in sequence, and a mater drive motor is fixedly mounted on the electric locomotive. A slave drive motor is fixedly mounted on at least one of the muck trucks; a torque of the slave drive motor is smaller than a torque of the mater drive motor; and the slave drive motor cooperates with the mater drive motor, to enable the muck truck to travel on rails and reduce drive power and self-weight of the electric locomotive.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) are described. A UE may identify one or more measurement parameters to use for input in a machine learning (ML) model. In some cases, the measurement parameters may include reference signal received power measurements or a past set of timing advance (TA) values for a specific node. The UE may predict the TA based on inputting the measurement parameters into the ML model. The UE may transmit an uplink communication from the UE to a network entity using the TA predicted from the ML model. In some examples, the UE may transmit a capability report to indicate that the UE may support autonomous update of the TA based on the predictions of the TA values produced from the ML model.

Based on an original structure of an vacuum interrupter, a liquid-cooling radiating pipe of a Tesla valve structure is arranged in a conductive rod of the vacuum interrupter with the built-in liquid-cooling radiating pipe, and liquid metal is used as a circulating coolant in the liquid-cooling radiating pipe, and by using the self-circulating flow of the liquid metal in the pipeline, the capacity of the conductive rod to dissipate heat to the outside is significantly increased, and the problem of excessive internal temperature rise of a vacuum circuit breaker is effectively solved.

The steps include collecting cigarette burning quality index data, filtering the cigarette burning quality index data, standardizing cigarette data, and measuring cigarette burning quality. The importance of the cigarette burning quality indicators can also be evaluated. The method for comprehensively analyzing and/or evaluating cigarette burning quality indicators can reflect general laws more accurately by maintaining the sample distribution through a singularity detection method, and analyzing correlations of each index with cigarette performance from multiple perspectives, to fuse them into a comprehensive measurement value. The importance ranking and weight of indicators can be obtained more completely and stably.
