    Abstract: A robotic system comprises an input device movable by an operator and a processing unit. An operator reference frame is defined relative to the operator. The processing unit is configured to present, to the operator, a first image of a first tool captured by an imaging device, receive, from the operator, a first indication that a first axis of the input device is aligned with a corresponding axis of the first tool in the first image, and in response to the first indication, determine a first alignment relationship between the imaging device and the first tool based on a second alignment relationship between the operator reference frame and the input device.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for improving accuracy of a vision model. Images of an object with a first set of perspectives are received from a dataset used to train the vision model. A three-dimensional model of the object is then generated using the images of the object from the dataset. Using the three-dimensional model of the object, images of the object with a second set of perspectives are obtained. For example, the second set of perspectives may include different perspectives than the perspectives of the object from the images contained in the dataset. The dataset used to train the vision model may then be augmented with such images of the object with a second set of perspectives. In this manner, the dataset used to train the vision model includes a greater number of perspectives of the object thereby improving the accuracy of the vision model.

In addition, the method may include informing, in response to receiving a confirmation of operation completion from the programmable network device, the user that the operation of moving the data has been completed. The embodiments of the present disclosure can achieve an operation of asynchronously accessing data. Furthermore, computing resources of a central processing unit (CPU) are saved, so that the user experience is enhanced.

    Abstract: A method for data erasing of a non-volatile memory device is disclosed. The memory includes multiple memory cell strings each including a select gate transistor and multiple memory cells that are connected in series. The method comprises applying a step erase voltage to one memory cell string for an erase operation, the step erase voltage having a step-rising shaped voltage waveform. The method further comprises, during a period when the step erase voltage rises from an intermediate level to a peak level, raising a voltage of the select gate transistor from a starting level to a peak level, and raising a voltage of a predetermined region from a starting level to a peak level, such that a gate-induced drain leakage current is generated in the one memory cell string. The predetermined region is adjacent to the at least one select gate transistor and includes at least one memory cell.

The processor may also change the tool information overlay while the first tool is in a first operational state by changing a brightness of the tool information overlay.

    Abstract: Methods for reducing resistivity of metal gapfill include depositing a conformal layer in an opening of a feature and on a field of a substrate with a first thickness of the conformal layer of approximately 10 microns or less, depositing a non-conformal metal layer directly on the conformal layer at a bottom of the opening and directly on the field using an anisotropic deposition process. A second thickness of the non-conformal metal layer on the field and on the bottom of the feature is approximately 30 microns or greater. And depositing a metal gapfill material in the opening of the feature and on the field where the metal gapfill material completely fills the opening without any voids.
