It is constructed of absorbent fabric and shaped like a tapered rectangle or elongated trapezoid, with a slit near the tapered end. The tapered end of the towel wrap drapes over one shoulder and is secured in the hip region by pulling either corner through the slit. The wrap is worn while bathing an infant, and is easily transferred from adult caregiver to baby for drying when the bath is done.
