  • Publication number: 20240112995
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first die pad with a first obverse surface facing in z direction, a second die pad spaced from the first die pad and including a second obverse surface facing in z direction, a first semiconductor element on the first obverse surface, a second semiconductor element on the second obverse surface, an insulating element on the first or second obverse surface and located between the first and second semiconductor elements in x direction to relay signals between the first and second semiconductor elements while electrically insulating these semiconductor elements, and a wire bonded to the first semiconductor element and the first obverse surface. The first die pad includes a first bond portion bonded to the wire, and a first opening located between the first bond portion and the first semiconductor element in y direction and including an opening end in the first obverse surface.

  • Patent number: 8581571
Abstract: Provided is a measurement apparatus that measures a characteristic of a filter, comprising a first transmission line that has the filter connected therein, the first transmission line receiving a multi-tone signal having signal components at a plurality of frequencies from an input end thereof, passing the multi-tone signal through the filter, and outputting the multi-tone signal from an output end thereof; a second transmission line that receives the multi-tone signal from an input end thereof, propagates the multi-tone signal therein, and outputs the multi-tone signal from an output end thereof; and a measuring section that calculates the characteristic of the filter based on the multi-tone signal output from the output end of the first transmission line and the multi-tone signal output from the output end of the second transmission line.

  • Publication number: 20130155405
Abstract: In order to provide a spectrophotometer, which can detect, by means of output intensity signals obtained by a photodetector, the entry of external light at the time of sample cell replacement and the like without providing a door with an opening/closing sensor or the like, a spectrophotometer (60) is provided with: a photodetector (12); a light blocking unit (41); a storage unit (34), which stores a light blocking period where light is blocked by means of the light blocking unit (41) and output intensity signals obtained by the photodetector (12) by corresponding the light blocking periods to the output intensity signals; and a control unit (31b), which calculates transmittance or light absorbance on the basis of the output intensity signals in the light blocking periods, said output intensity signals having been stored in the storage unit (34), and output intensity signals in light entry periods.

  • Patent number: 8243838
Abstract: Provided is a measurement apparatus that measures power of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing modulated signal (OFDM modulated signal) output from a transmitting device, comprising an output control section that causes the transmitting device to output the OFDM modulated signal having a prescribed waveform that repeats in each of a plurality of repetition periods; and a power measuring section that measures, over a measurement period that corresponds to an integer multiple of the repetition period, the power of the OFDM modulated signal output by the transmitting device. The output control section may cause the transmitting device to output the OFDM modulated signal having, as the repetition period, a period for which the arrangement of a pilot signal is the same in a direction of sub-carriers and a direction of OFDM symbols.
