Abstract: An upstream integrated value is an integrated value of a difference obtained by subtracting an upstream gas temperature at a starting point in time of integration from the upstream gas temperature after starting of the internal combustion engine. A downstream integrated value is an integrated value of a difference obtained by subtracting a downstream gas temperature at the starting point in time of the integration from the downstream gas temperature after the starting of the internal combustion engine. An anomaly diagnosing process obtains an anomaly determination result indicating that the exhaust purification device is in a removed state when a deviation between the upstream integrated value and the downstream integrated value is smaller than a reference level. The determination threshold is higher than a dew point.

Abstract: A false twist yam including synthetic fiber yam having elongation, crimp rigidity, crimp appearance stretch ratio, dry heat shrinkage stress maximum value, deformation degree of single filament and entanglement number in specific ranges respectively. The yam has good drape properties, soft feeling, bulkiness, and flexibility as well as puff properties, mild luster, and pliable dry feeling. From the yam, woven or knit fabrics having novel texture that cannot be achieved in woven or knit fabrics produced from conventional drawn or false twist yams. The false twist yam is produced in a drawing and false twisting process.

Abstract: Crimped yarns that comprise a conjugate multifilament yarn having unique surface texture, dry touch, and stretchability; woven/knitted products comprising said crimped yarn; and production methods of crimped yarn as a conjugate multifilament yarn comprising polyester polymer components and has (a) number of crimps (CA): 2.5 crests/cm≦CA≦10 crests/cm, (b) number of developed crimps (CB): 8 crests/cm≦CB≦30 crests/cm, (c) shrinkage stress (TS): 0.0882≦TS (cN/dtex)≦0.221, (d) apparent shrinkage percentage (SC): 40%≦SC≦80%, and (e) shrinkage percentage of fiber in boiling water (SW): 2%≦SW≦8%, and produced by subjecting a crimp-forming conjugate multifilament yarn to relaxation-heat treatment.
