  • Patent number: 11948324
Abstract: To provide an ultrasound imaging apparatus capable of displaying an ultrasound stitched image in which an analyte can easily grasp the state of the analyte, an ultrasound imaging apparatus is provided with an ultrasound image generation module which receives ultrasound waves transmitted from a plurality of mutually different positions on the surface of an analyte and reflected in the inside of the analyte and generates ultrasound images corresponding to the respective positions, an image stitcher module which synthesizes the ultrasound images at the respective positions and generates a stitched image of the cross section of the analyte, and a rotation angle adjusting module which adjusts the angle of the stitched image and orients a specific portion included in the stitched image in a predetermined direction.

  • Patent number: 7767911
Abstract: A grommet (1) has a central shaft (2)through which a wire harness (5) is inserted. A circular connection portion (31) is provided continuously to the periphery of the central shaft(2.) A convex cross-sectionally V-shaped ring-like lip (32) is extensibly provided to the circular connection portion (31) in the direction of the center of the central shaft. A flange portion (33) is provided continuously to the lip portion (32.) When the grommet (1) is assembled to a body panel (10,) the lip (32) of the grommet (1) is extended in the direction of the center of the central shaft (2) of the grommet (1,) thereby reducing the diameter of the lip (32.) Then, the lip(32) is inserted into the through hole (12) of the body panel (10.) Thus, a low insertion force is sufficient when the grommet is inserted thereinto. Consequently, the assemblability of the grommet (1)is enhanced.

  • Patent number: 6675623
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing keystone type superconducting compacted stranded wires. In manufacturing the keystone type superconducting compacted stranded wires, a large number of superconducting wires are stranded to form stranded wires, which are then roll-formed. The method and apparatus are configured so that, in the roll-forming, one side of the compacted stranded wires, which is thinner than the other side thereof after being roll-formed, comes into contact with one flat roll before the other side of the compacted stranded wires comes into contact with another flat roll. The method and apparatus are provided as another configuration wherein one flat roll to contact with the compacted stranded wires to be thicker is smaller in diameter than another flat roll to contact with the compacted stranded wires to be thinner.

  • Patent number: 5839846
Abstract: A joint structure for a control cable includes an annular cable-end member provided on an end of the control cable, a columnar sleeve arranged in the annular cable-end member and a pair of bushes of the same configuration. Each bush includes an annular part, a cylindrical part, a pair of claw parts and a pair of cradle parts. In this arrangement, the cylindrical part, which is made of elastic material, is inserted between the sleeve and the cable-end member, while a pair of claw parts are engaged with the cradle parts of the opposing bush. The sleeve is provided on the side face with a circumferential bead, interposed between leading ends of the opposing bushes. Even if any force is exerted between the cable-end member and the sleeve, no deformation is caused in the cylindrical parts because of its inelasticity, while the bead prevents relative displacement.

  • Patent number: 4643596
Abstract: An impact dot printer has a print head which reciprocates back and forth in front of a rotationally driven platen to print dot matrix characters on a recording medium. The print head includes a single print hammer actuated by an electromagnetic driver. A succession of print timing signals are produced in synchronism with the rotational speed of the platen, and a home signal is generated each time the print head leaves its home position during the printing of each line. A control circuit initiates the printing of each line in response to the first print timing signal produced after generation of the home signal and controls the application of driving pulses to the electromagnetic driver so as to synchronize the actuation of the print hammer with the platen rotation.

  • Patent number: 4465386
Abstract: A printing head adapted to be moved for scanning in a direction perpendicular to the direction of feed of a paper is provided with a sole printing element (printing hammer) adapted to be driven in an impacting manner by an electromagnetic driving device. A platen disposed to oppose to the printing head is provided with a plurality of projections formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof and extending substantially in parallel with the axis thereof. Each of the projections being adapted to oppose to the printing element in a crossing relation to the latter when it is brought to the position ahead of the printing element as a result of rotation of the platen. As the printing element collides with the projection while the platen is rotated, a dot is formed on the recording paper at the position of crossing between the printing element and the projection, so that various patterns such as letters, numerals, symbols, pictures and so forth are printed at a high speed by a sole printing element.

  • Patent number: 4129860
Abstract: An apparatus for forming a character in which picture elements as indication elements are formed in the shape of a matrix to create a character, such as a letter, a numeral, a symbol or the like, in this case the magnifications of the character in both a longitudinal and a lateral direction are suitably increased or reduced and, in case the character has become obscure as a result of such enlargement, an interpolation is performed to the character to render it clear. The apparatus is used, for example, in the case of forming a character with printer.
