    Abstract: A draining hole formed in the rear bracket of a rotating electric machined is covered by a molded body which is provided with a draining passage and a through hole, the molded body being supported by a supporting piece fitted onto the outer surface of the rear bracket. A tubular body made of an elastic material is assembled with the molded body, to communicate the through hole with the inner bore of the tubular body.
