  • Publication number: 20240132633
Abstract: A method for producing an aqueous dispersion of a fluorine-containing elastomer, which includes polymerizing a fluorine-containing monomer in the presence of an aqueous medium and a fluorine-containing compound (A), wherein the fluorine-containing elastomer contains a methylene group in a main chain, the fluorine-containing compound (A) is a compound represented by general formula (A): CXiXk?CXjRa—(CZ1Z2)k—Y3??(A) wherein Xi, Xj, and Xk are the same or different and are F, Cl, H, or CF3; Y3 is a hydrophilic group; Ra is a linking group; Z1 and Z2 are the same or different and are H, F, or CF3; and k is 0 or 1; provided that at least one of Xi, Xk, Xj, Ra, Z1, and Z2 includes F; and the number of carbon atoms in a portion excluding the hydrophilic group is 6 or less, and the fluorine-containing compound (A) is fed after polymerization is initiated.

  • Patent number: 10548250
Abstract: The outer layer is peeled exactly a predetermined length from the end portion of the electromagnetic shielding tube. That is, the metal layer is exposed exactly a predetermined range at the end portion of the electromagnetic shielding tube. A flexible conductor is connected to the exposed metal layer. A separated portion is provided in the inner layer. The separated portion is formed along the length direction of the electromagnetic shielding tube. Additionally, a depth of the separated portion is the same value as the thickness of the inner layer. As such, the inner surface of the metal layer is exposed at the separated portion. It is preferable that the separated portion be formed at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction. The inner layer is divided into a plurality of sections in the circumferential direction by the separated portion.

  • Patent number: 9968017
Abstract: An electromagnetic shielding tube has a resin inner layer as the innermost layer, a resin outer layer as the outermost layer, and a metal metal-layer between the inner layer and the outer layer. The bonding strength between the outer layer and the metal layer is made weaker with respect to the bonding strength between the inner layer and the metal layer. For example, while an adhesive layer is provided between the inner layer and the metal layer, the outer layer can be directly extrusion coated onto the metal layer without providing an adhesive layer or the like between the outer layer and the metal layer.
