  • Publication number: 20040123739
Abstract: The invention is to provide an anion-generating device, which can generate and spread anions to the air by a pinpoint array, and dust particles in the air can be adsorbed on its internal dust-collecting device, wherein the internal dust-collecting device is designed as a modular structure. Further, when a short circuit occurs in the internal circuit of the anion-generating device, the high voltage power source can be automatically switched off for protecting the anion-generating device. By the arrangement of a switch device, the anion-generating device can be resumed to normal operation after being automatically switched off. The invention controls and generates high voltage power by a design of a controlling device, which includes a logic controlling circuit and a high voltage power generating circuit, wherein the logic controlling circuit comprises a switch device and an indicating device.

Abstract: The invention is to provide an anion-generating device, which may generate anion to the air, and which may design the air ionization device as a modular structure. Further, when there is a short circuit occurred in the interior circuit of the anion-generating device, it may automatically switch off the high-voltage power source for protecting the anion-generating device. By the arrangement of a switch device, the anion-generating device is resumed to normal operation after being automatically switched off. The invention controls and generates the necessary high-voltage power source by designing a controlling device, which includes a logic controlling circuit and a high-voltage power-source generating circuit, wherein the logic controlling circuit is then comprised of a switch and an indicating device, which may indicate the operational state, while the high-voltage power-source generating circuit may generate high-voltage power source to ionize the air.

  • Patent number: 6285630
Abstract: An auto-control bird-expelling device which functions independently and performs or suspends a bird-expelling operation in response to environmental change is disclosed. The bird-expelling device includes a detector and a bird-expelling signal generator. The detector automatically detects the environmental change, and informs of the bird-expelling signal generator to perform an bird-expelling operation when necessary. The environmental change can be the intrusion of birds into a designated range, and alternatively or additionally, can be the day and night change. On the other hand, the bird-expelling signal can be the sound of a fierce bird such as a hawk or an eagle, or any other visual or audio signals to drive the intruding birds away.

  • Patent number: 6157594
Abstract: A mole chaser with improvements in the construction and method of audio frequency and vibration generation includes a main stem, a cap, a battery chamber and a control circuit board, suspended or loosely installed inside of the main stem to make constant contact with inside wall of the main stem, which has a buzzer mounted thereon for generating audio signal to chase away underground rodents, such as moles. The audio frequency produced by the energized buzzer will cause the resonance to circuit board to make it vibrate and strike the main stem to produce more low frequency noise and vibration to enhance mole-chasing effect.

  • Patent number: 6134827
Abstract: An improved mole chaser includes a rotation block eccentrically mounted on a motor spindle. The rotation block includes a loosely held impact ring which may hit an impact member housed in the battery chamber when motor rotates to generate an audio vibration frequency. The eccentrically rotation of the rotation block will generate another and additional audio vibration frequency to augment the moles and other underground burrowing rodents chasing effect.

  • Patent number: 6000169
Abstract: An improvement for mole chaser includes a stem houses a motor to drive a rotary means within a hollow impact unit. The impact unit has a plural number of curved bulges located therein. The rotary unit has movable impact members eccentrically located thereon. Motor rotation will drive the impact members hitting the bulges because of centrifugal force and cause the stem to produce strong vibration and audio frequency to scare away the moles. The eccentric impact member may hit the bulges and bounce back without damage.

  • Patent number: 5850371
Abstract: A wide angle frequency automatic scanning ultrasonic animal chaser for scaring away straying cats and dogs includes a case, an end plate, a water resistant cover and an ultrasonic oscillation circuit held in the case. The case and the end plate are housed in the cover by means of ridges and troughs without using hand tools. The ultrasonic oscillation circuit includes a divider and a stable multivibrator circuit for generating ultrasonic oscillation frequency and emitting through a perforated plate located at a front end of the case. The oscillation circuit provides an automatic scanning frequency function to effectively scare away straying cats and dogs nearby. This device consumes little power and is easy to install and use.

  • Patent number: 5832657
Abstract: An infrared ray detection and ultrasonic wave oscillation animal chaser includes a front case, a shell, a water-resistant cover, an infrared ray detection circuit board and an ultrasonic wave oscillation circuit board. The front case, shell and the cover have latching hook and grooves, and engaging rails and slots to enable them to be assembled or disassembled easily and quickly. The infrared ray detection circuit board and the ultrasonic wave oscillation circuit board are housed in the front case and the shell, and can sense and detect the infrared ray emitted from animals, and then emits high frequency ultrasonic wave to expel intruding animals away. The ultrasonic expelling device is powered by a battery set and therefore can be conveniently hung on an outdoor wall or incorperated with an adjustable strut at a suitable height enable to be located on the ground near the protected area.

  • Patent number: 5822917
Abstract: An improvement for mole chaser over U.S. Pat. No. 5,205,066 granted to the applicant. The improvement includes a motor driven rotation vibrating means which has a pair of spaced doughnut-shaped rings and a main stem which houses a battery chamber and an impact member therein. The impact member has a plural number of convex bulges contactable with the rings. The rings will hit the bulges because of centrifugal force when the motor rotates and thus generating audio frequency vibration on the main stem for chasing moles away.
