  • Patent number: 7556087
Abstract: The present invention discloses a heat dissipating module applied to a low-level chip for dissipating the heat produced by the low-level chip. The heat dissipating module has a base, and the base accommodates a fan. The base includes first and second fin modules, and the first and second fin modules are comprised of a plurality of unidirectional fins. The first heat dissipating module is installed separately at two corresponding ends of the base, and the second fin module is disposed within the first fin module, and the fins on the second fin module are arranged in an outwardly ascending shape, and the fins at the farthest distance from the fan are bent inwardly. The invention not only allows outside air to enter into the base through the outwardly ascending fins without being blocked by the fins adjacent to the fan, but also increases the heat dissipating area.

  • Patent number: 7466545
Abstract: A detachable fan apparatus for quick maintenance installable in a computer casing and swappable for maintenance without turning off the fan includes a frame, a stopping plate on the frame, at least one fan at the fan, a gap between the fan and the frame for installing a filter, an axial rod at an end of the frame and pivotally connected with a pivotal of the computer casing, and a stopping pillar near the opening. When an end without the axial rod is secured with the computer casing, the frame can be fixed onto the computer casing. For the change of a filter, a secured end of the frame is separated from the computer casing, and the frame is turned outward and inclined to a predetermined angle until the stopping plate is pressed onto the stopping pillar by the pivotal hole and axial rod for the change of a filter.

  • Publication number: 20080272070
Abstract: The present invention discloses a shock proof structure for a storage device of an electronic device or more particularly to a shock proof structure being used on motor vehicles or in environments with strong vibration or shocks. The structure has a housing and inside the housing is a shock proof rack with an indented storage space for fixing the storage device. The first and second buffer elements are installed on the periphery and edges of the shock proof rack, so that the shock proof rack is suspended in the housing, thereby bringing about shock proof effect with the buffering action of the first and the second buffer elements.
