  • Publication number: 20140185967
Abstract: A ball bushing positioning structure formed of a sliding rail, a carrier rail, a ball bushing, a release hook and a release control member is disclosed. When inserting the sliding rail with an affixed server into the ball bushing to a certain distance to release stop edges of upright guide walls of a retaining flange of the release hook from the stop walls of the ball bushing subject to the effect of the release control member, the ball bushing is moved with the sliding rail backwardly relative to the carrier rail, preventing falling of the server with the sliding rail out of the carrier rail and avoiding impact between the sliding rail and the ball bushing.

  • Patent number: 8690271
Abstract: A detachable inner sliding rail and server case mounting arrangement includes a server case having a plurality of hangers arranged in a line at one side thereof, each hanger defining a shank and a head, an inner sliding rail having a plurality of hanger holes spaced along the length thereof for hanging to the hangers of the server case, each hanger hole defining a large hole for the passing of the head of one respective hanger and a narrow slot for engagement with the shank of one respective hanger after insertion of the heads of the hangers through the large holes of the respective hanger holes and a horizontal displacement of the inner sliding rail relative to the server case, a spring plate affixed to the inner sliding rail adjacent to one hanger hole, and a stop member pivotally coupled to the spring plate.

  • Publication number: 20130058598
Abstract: An inner rail release and positioning structure includes a release spring plate and having an extension arm defining a first inclined portion, a relatively shorter second inclined portion obliquely extended from the first inclined portion and a relatively longer third inclined portion obliquely extended from the second inclined portion remote from the first inclined portion at a relatively smaller inclined angle than the inclined angle of the second inclined portion, a stop member engageable with the release spring plate, a damping spring plate for stopping against the stop member to prohibited the extended inner rail from backward displacement and defining a front damping portion obliquely outwardly extended from the mounting base thereof, a connection portion, a rear damping portion and a rear support portion for allowing quick dismounting of the inner rail.

  • Publication number: 20130058597
Abstract: A sliding rail assembly having a low profile characteristic for use in a server or low profile drawer includes a pressure member at the inner rail thereof, a spring strip at the intermediate rail thereof, two stop blocks at the subsidiary rail thereof and a retaining spring member at the outer rail thereof. When the intermediate rail is extended out of the outer rail, the stop blocks of the subsidiary rail that is connected to the intermediate rail are engaged with the retaining spring member to prohibit retraction of the intermediate rail. When pushing back the intermediate rail, the pressure member forces down the spring strip to move the retaining spring member away from the two stop blocks of the subsidiary rail, allowing the intermediate rail to be received in the outer rail.

  • Publication number: 20090250421
Abstract: A fixing seat is provided for fixing a rail to a modem/servo carrying and stowing rack and includes a base, retention pawls, a slide buckling member, an operation knob and springs. The base has a front section to which the retention pawls and the slide buckling member provided. The springs are provided rearward of the slide buckling member and the operation knob is formed with the slide buckling member. Thus, by operating the operation knob to drive the slide buckling member and deforms springs, together with the sliding motion of the slide buckling member into a mounting hole defined in the rack, a mounting process is realized wherein the retention pawls are first fit into the mounting hole and then the slide buckling member slides into the mounting hole to engage an opposite edge thereby fixing the rail to the rack.
