Abstract: The present invention relates to a foldable chair equipped with a table, which comprises two armrests, a table combined with the armrests and two connecting joints, wherein the rectangular table includes a receiving capacity on the top face of the table adapted for putting accessories and a sliding groove underneath; the connecting joints are respectively divided into upper and lower clip units, wherein the upper clip unit has a T-shaped locking member defined on the top and two near sides, and a semi-circular fillister on the bottom of the upper clip unit; the lower clip unit has another semi-circular fillister corresponding to the semi-circular fillister of the upper clip unit; a pair of armrests respectively have four elongated slots positioned around.

Abstract: A link detection system for a network cable is applicable for detecting a connection state of the network cable. If the network cable is connected to the link detection system, the network state detection unit sends a voltage level of a first signal, so as to turn on the power supply of the LAN controller. If the network cable is unplugged, the LAN controller sends a second signal, so as to turn off the power supply of the LAN controller. Alternatively, if the network cable is linked to the network interface in an idle contact state, the network state detection unit sends another voltage level of the first signal, so as to not turn on the power supply of the LAN controller, thereby reducing the power consumption of the personal computer.

Abstract: A backpack combines with portable stereo system. The present invention includes a bag portion and a pair of shoulder straps attached to the front surface of the bag portion. Two mini boom boxes connected to each other through an audio frequency wire are respectively attached to the shoulder straps. An audio frequency receiver connected with the two mini boom boxes is set on top of the bag portion. With the idea the present invention employs, it can increase the added value by lowering the costs and therefore enhance the market competitiveness.

Abstract: A foldable table that comes with a portable stereo system includes foldable supporting frames and a foldable tabletop. There are two mini boom boxes and an audio frequency receiver secured on the foldable tabletop. The two mini boom boxes are connected to each other through an audio frequency wire. With a whole new design idea that the present invention employs, it can increase the added value through lower costs and therefore enhance the market competitiveness.

Abstract: The furniture composites boards are mainly composed of all kinds of materials. The surface of a proper-shaped matrix is covered by thermosetting resin and then fibers. The fibers then are soaked in thermosetting resin. During the process of thermosetting, the fibers would be solidified and become hard and firm on the surface of the matrix. The composite board has strong strength and its weight would change according to the matrix. It is easy for the composite to form various shapes; easy to be produced and needs no complicated equipment.
