An active layer is disposed on the substrate and between the data line and the substrate. A transparent conductive layer is disposed on the substrate and above the active layer. The active layer includes a contact region electrically connected to the data line, a second contact region electrically connected to the transparent conductive layer, and an intermediate region disposed between the first and the second contact regions. A portion of the intermediate region overlapping with the scan line is a channel region. A portion of the intermediate region not overlapping with the scan line is a non-channel region. The width of the non-channel region is greater than the width of the channel region.
