  • Patent number: 11099674
Abstract: A pixel array substrate includes a first touch signal line having a first and second portion and a bridge portion, pixel structures including a first and second pixel structure, a first and second data line, a first and second connection pattern, and a touch electrode. The first pixel structure and the second pixel structure are respectively located on a first and second side of the first touch signal line. The first data line and the second data line are respectively located on the second and first sides of the first touch signal line. The first connection pattern is electrically connected to the first data line and the first pixel structure. The second connection pattern is electrically connected to the second data line and the second pixel structure. The bridge portion of the first touch signal line crosses over the first connection pattern and the second connection pattern.

  • Patent number: 9904423
Abstract: A touch electrode layer includes a plurality of touch electrodes, a plurality of first bridges, a plurality of second bridges, and an insulation layer disposed between the first bridges and the second bridges. The touch electrodes are arranged in rows and columns. The first bridges electrically connect the touch electrodes located in the same row to form a plurality of first touch series. The second bridges electrically connect the touch electrodes located in the same column to form a plurality of second touch series. Each touch electrode includes a top electrode pattern and a bottom electrode pattern stacked with each other. A normal projection in a XY plane of an edge of a top surface of the top electrode pattern and a normal projection in the XY plane of an edge of a top surface of the bottom electrode pattern are not completely overlapped.

  • Publication number: 20170147126
Abstract: A touch panel including a substrate, first bridge electrodes, first transparent electrodes, an insulation layer, first sensing electrodes, second bridge electrodes, and second sensing electrodes is provided. Two neighboring first transparent electrodes cover two ends of each first bridge electrode and are electrically connected to the first bridge electrode. Each first transparent electrode has an overlapping region and a non-overlapping region. The insulation layer has openings. Two neighboring openings expose the non-overlapping regions of the first transparent electrodes. Two neighboring first sensing electrodes are filled in the openings and are electrically connected to each other through the first transparent electrodes and the first bridge electrodes, so as to form a first sensing electrode series. The second bridge electrodes cross the first bridge electrodes.

  • Patent number: 9612694
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a touch panel includes forming a light-shielding conductive patterned layer on a transparent substrate, which includes a light-shielding wire, a first contact pad and a first bridging electrode. An insulating layer is formed on the first bridging electrode, the first contact pad and the transparent substrate. First and second openings are formed in the insulating layer to respectively expose a portion of the first bridging electrode and a portion of the first contact pad. A transparent conductive patterned layer is formed, which includes first sensing electrodes, second sensing electrodes, a second bridging electrode and a second contact pad. Each first sensing electrode is connected to the first bridging electrode through the first opening. The second sensing electrodes are connected to each other through the second bridging electrode. The second contact pad is connected to the first contact pad through the second opening.

  • Patent number: 9552112
Abstract: A capacitive touch display panel including a display panel and a capacitive touch device is provided. The capacitive touch device is disposed on a display surface of the display panel. The capacitive touch device includes at least one opaque bridge line and at least one low reflection pattern layer. The opaque bridge line has a first linewidth and two first main borders. The low reflection pattern layer is disposed on a side of the opaque bridge that is opposite to the display panel. The low reflection pattern layer has a second linewidth and two second main borders. The low reflection pattern layer overlaps the opaque bridge line in a vertical projection direction. The first line width is substantially equal to the second line width, and the first main borders are substantial aligned to the second main borders. A capacitive touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, too.
