    Abstract: A frame-type bilateral reverse permanent magnet direct current linear motor is provided, including a support frame, an iron yoke assembly with a first iron yoke, a second iron yoke and a middle iron yoke, a permanent magnet group, a coil winding and a pole piece assembly. Two groups of intermediate transition permanent magnet assemblies are disposed between the first iron yoke and the middle iron yoke and between the second iron yoke and the middle iron yoke. The intermediate transition permanent magnet assemblies includes transition permanent magnets and corresponding transition connection iron yokes; and magnetic pole orientations of the transition permanent magnets of the two groups of intermediate transition permanent magnet assemblies are reverse. The linear motor realizes efficient direct-current linear control, and has a high speed, a precise controllability, a high thrust density and small thrust fluctuation, and easiness in assembling.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a molten aluminum erosion resistant casting tip paint, the casting tip paint is formed by mixing magnesia-alumina spinel, alumina, magnesia, water, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, wherein the proportions of various raw materials for the casting tip paint are as follows: magnesia-alumina spinel of 40-50 wt %, alumina of 10-20 wt %, magnesia of 5-10 wt %, water of 20-40 wt %, sodium tripolyphosphate of 0-10 wt %, and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose of 0-10 wt %. The present disclosure also discloses a preparation method of a molten aluminum erosion resistant casting tip. The molten aluminum erosion resistant casting tip paint provided by the present disclosure can be evenly coated onto the inner wall of the casting tip, so as to form a compact molten aluminum erosion resistant coating, thereby preventing infiltration and erosion of the molten aluminum.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electronic paste composition and a preparation method thereof. The electronic paste composition includes tungsten, manganese, an additive, and an organic vehicle, wherein the additive is selected from at least one of ruthenium, tellurium, germanium, and vanadium. The preparation method includes: mixing tungsten powder and manganese powder with the additive, and then bringing a mixture as acquired into contact with the organic vehicle. In addition, the present disclosure further provides a use of the electronic paste composition in preparing a ceramal heat generation body having a low temperature coefficient of resistance. Each of the electronic paste composition according to the present disclosure and the electronic paste prepared by the method according to the present disclosure has a consistent and low temperature coefficient of resistance.

    Abstract: The present application discloses the impurity removal method of silicate solid waste and its application. This method includes: (A) Heat and melt the silicate solid waste to be treated to form the melt, and stratify the melt during the reduction reaction; (B) An upper melt component obtained by the stratification is subjected to magnetic phase-induced crystallization to obtain a ferromagnetic solid; (C) The ferromagnetic solid goes through magnetic separation, and what remains is the solid waste after impurity removal. This impurity removal method can effectively reduce the main impurity content of the solid waste including iron oxide. The removed solid waste can be directly used for the preparation of high value-added materials such as insulating ceramics and micro-crystal glass.

    Abstract: A cellulose nanocrystal-modified ceramic blank and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. Cellulose nanocrystals are added into a ceramic blank in gelcasting. The cellulose nanocrystal-modified ceramic blank comprises, by weight, 0.1 to 10 parts of cellulose nanocrystals, 0.1 to 30 parts of organic gel and 70 to 99 parts of ceramic powder. The cellulose nanocrystal has length of 100 to 300 nm, a diameter of 10 to 20 nm, a slenderness ratio of 10 to 15 , and an elastic modulus of 100 to 150 GPa. The drying strength of the ceramic blank with the cellulose nanocrystals is obviously improved.
