    Abstract: The invention concerns a polymer derived from ethylene and at least 5 wt % of acrylic acid neutralised by a divalent cation (D) and a monovalent cation (M) at a mol ratio D/(D+M) of from 0.3 to 0.8 with at least 23 mol % of the acrylic acid derived acid groups neutralised by the divalent cation so as to provide a melt index uplift of at least 250%.
