    Abstract: Disclosed are a lithium ion battery negative electrode material and a preparation method therefor. The negative electrode material comprises SiOy (0.2<y<0.9) and an M compound, wherein M is a metal. The method of the present application comprises: subjecting a raw material comprising a SiOx material and the metal M to a redox reaction, wherein the O/Si ratio, i.e. x, of the SiOx (0.5<x<1.5) material is adjusted to y (0.2<y<0.9), and at the same time, the metal M is oxidized to obtain the M compound.

    Abstract: A silicon oxygen material, a negative electrode material, and its preparation method, and a lithium ion battery is disclosed. The silicon oxygen material includes a silicon oxide having a chemical formula SiOx, where 0<x<2, wherein the silicon oxygen material is primary particles having a Wadell sphericity greater than 0.92. The negative electrode material provided by the present disclosure includes the silicon oxide having a high sphericity, the silicon oxide has a more stable structure during a cycling process, so that it is capable of avoiding the problem of cracking of particles of the material due to repeated generation of the SEI film, thereby improving cycling performance of the material and reducing the volume expansion due to SEI film generation.

    Abstract: Provided are a composite negative electrode material, a preparation method therefor and a lithium battery. The composite negative electrode material comprises silicon-containing particles and a carbon coating layer coating at least part of the surface of silicon-containing particles. In Raman spectrum, the composite negative electrode material has a silicon characteristic peak A between 450 cm?1-550 cm?1, a carbon characteristic peak B between 1300 cm?1-1400 cm?1, a carbon characteristic peak C between 1530 cm?1-1630 cm?1, and a graphene structure characteristic peak D between 2500 cm?1-2750 cm?1. The preparation method comprises: in protective atmosphere, introducing reaction gas to react with silicon-containing particles, the reaction temperature being 700° C.-1450° C., and the reaction gas comprising a carbon-containing gas, so that at least part of the surface of silicon-containing particles form a carbon coating layer, so as to obtain the composite negative electrode material.

The silicon oxide/carbon composite negative electrode material is a secondary particle, and mainly consists of a SiOx/C material.
