Abstract: A caster braking assembly that has a base section, a first caster assembly coupled to the base section and having at least one wheel, a second caster assembly coupled to the base section and having at least one wheel and a brake switch pivotally repositionable between an engaged position and a disengaged position. When the brake switch is in the engaged position at least one wheel of both the first caster assembly and the second caster assembly are substantially restricted from rotating.

Abstract: An integrated medical equipment for supporting medical equipment and a patient during a medical procedure. The integrated medical equipment includes a base, an adjustable chair operatively connected to the base, and an equipment support operatively connected to the base and spaced from the adjustable chair by a predetermined distance. The equipment support includes a column at the base and a tower extending generally vertically from the column. A medical device arm is operatively connected to the tower, wherein the medical device arm is motor driven to move along the generally vertical tower. A platform support arm is operatively connected to the column, wherein the platform support arm is motor driven to move generally vertically along the column.

Abstract: A vacuum cleaner includes an air flow path, housing, dirt cup, and shroud. The air flow path directs airflow from a dirty air inlet to a clean air outlet. The housing defines the clean air outlet. The dirt cup is removably coupled to the housing. The dirt cup includes a dirt cup inlet, dirt cup outlet, and dirt collection chamber. The shroud is disposed in the dirt cup between the dirt cup inlet and the dirt cup outlet. The shroud includes a first end, second end, and plurality of shroud lateral sides extending between the first and second ends. The second end is spaced farther from the dirt cup outlet than the first end is. At least one of the shroud lateral sides is closed to airflow therethrough. The other of the shroud lateral sides are permeable to airflow for filtering debris from the airflow.

Abstract: A helmet shaped drink holder has a facemask (30), first and second helmet side pieces (10, 20) and a cup insert (40) and is assembled by the two helmet side pieces being snapped together. The facemask is held in place by a tab on the facemask restrained within a slot in the assembled side pieces. Cup insert (40) is placed within an aperture in the top of assembled side pieces (10, 20).

Abstract: A hand tool for cutting includes a first handle, a second handle pivotably connected to the first handle, and a cutting head including a fixed first blade and a pivotable second blade to provide cutting action with the first blade. The first and second handles are movable between a fully retracted configuration and a fully extended configuration to selectively adjust the length of the handles. The cutting head is selectively rotatable about a central longitudinal axis and carries the blades upon rotation of the cutting head to move the blades between a plurality of different orientations relative to the first and second handles. The cutting head includes a connector operably connecting the second handle and the second blade so that pivoting motion of the second handle moves the second blade relative to the first blade to provide cutting action therebetween.

Abstract: A product dispensing system includes a receptacle for storing a product, a fill column, and a refill dispenser. The fill column is in fluid communication with the receptacle and is configured for selective and alternative securement to a housing and the refill dispenser. The refill dispenser includes a container configured to transfer a product and a cap assembly extending adjacent to the container. The cap assembly has a fill position. Upon rotation of the cap assembly about the fill column, the cap assembly is moved into the fill position so that the product from the container can be transferred to the receptacle.

Abstract: A bulb planter includes a pair of blade halves cooperating to form a tubular tool head and a molded plastic handle body forming a pair of handles. The blade halves are preferably metal and riveted to the handle body. The handle body forms a living hinge for selectively pivoting the blade halves upon movement of the handles. The blade halves pivot toward and away from each other between a soil plug cutting position and a soil plug releasing position upon movement of the handles. A resilient member biases the blade halves toward the soil plug cutting position. The resilient member is preferably an elastomer ring encircling the blade halves. The handles extend in opposed directions substantially perpendicular to a central longitudinal axis and are manually movable against the bias of the resilient member to move the blade halves to the soil plug release position.

Abstract: A nasal mask for applying pressurized gas to a user's respiratory system. The mask includes an inflatable seal which is at least partially filled with a soft open cell foam. The seal includes a manual pump and a pressure release valve for inflating and deflating the seal. The mask includes an brow bar which is connected through a bridge to the mask body. The bridge can be adjusted to position the brow bar against the user's forehead for supporting an upper portion of the mask. Headgear for attaching the mask to the user is attached to the brow bar and is looped over a prong at a lower portion of the mask for securing the lower portion of the mask to the user. The mask can be easily removed from the patient while leaving the headgear and brow bar attached to the user.
