  • Patent number: 4333719
Abstract: An adaptor for a camera for operating multiple flash units with a single camera device in which all of the flash units simultaneously emit light. Output signals from each of the flash units indicating that the corresponding individual flash unit is ready to emit light are coupled to corresponding inputs of a logical product circuit such as an AND gate. The single output of the AND gate is coupled to a single corresponding input of the camera device. The X contact of the camera device is coupled in common to the actuation terminals of each of the flash units.

  • Patent number: 4131354
Abstract: An angle finder housing 8 attachable to the viewfinder eye piece 6 of an SLR camera mounts a bent axis telescopic optical system 8a-8d and a rotatable revolver cylinder 7 offset from but parallel to the optical axis. The cylinder 7 has a through passage 7b, a magnifying lens 7c, and a solid portion 7d spaced from but parallel to each other, whereby the cylinder may be selectively rotated to dispose the passage, the magnifying lens, or the solid portion in the optical axis to implement picture composition, accurate focusing, or reverse incident light blockage, respectively.

  • Patent number: 4017878
Abstract: A bayonet mount adapter for attaching a screw-mount lens barrel to a camera of the bayonet mount type is provided. The adapter has a cylindrical sidewall portion extending between a flange and external adapter claws. The sidewall portion has an outer circumference sized to be received within the internal claws of the bayonet mount. A leaf spring having one end fixed to the sidewall tangentially extends to an opposite end disposed radially outward of the outer circumference of the sidewall. Upon positioning the adapter in the bayonet mount, the leaf spring is biased by the internal claws of the camera bayonet mount to a position within the outer circumference of the sidewall and the adapter is rotated to a stop position wherein the internal claws of the camera bayonet mount are entrapped between the flange and the external adapter claws of the mount adapter.
