  • Patent number: 9779568
Abstract: In a coin-operated locker, a short-range wireless communication unit receives UIM information, which is information for connection to a mobile communication network, from a wearable device by short-range wireless communication. A server communication unit communicates with an authentication server that holds authentication-relevant information by mobile communication using the UIM information. The server communication unit receives authentication information from the authentication server. An authentication unit performs authentication using the authentication information received from the authentication server and a locking control unit performs locking control on the basis of the authentication result from the authentication unit.

  • Publication number: 20170220791
Abstract: A terminal device, an authentication information management method, and an authentication information management system for securing a security level of authentication information while maintaining the convenience for a user. A mobile device determines whether communication with a wearable device is possible and determines whether the mobile device is able to communicate with an authentication server. When it is determined that communication between the mobile device and the wearable device is possible and communication between the mobile device and the authentication server is possible, the mobile device transmits identification information corresponding to the wearable device to the authentication server, requests the authentication server to transmit authentication information, receives the authentication information from the authentication server in response to the transmission request, and transmits the received authentication information to the wearable device.

  • Patent number: 9237508
Abstract: A mobile terminal capable of determining whether a near field communication source is a mobile terminal or not, and capable of appropriately restricting information reading in near field communication. The mobile terminal includes an antenna for near field communication and an RF part. The RF part includes an electromotive force measuring part which measures the electromotive force of a carrier wave received by the antenna, a communication permission/prohibition determining part which, when the measured electromotive force is less than or equal to a predetermined threshold value, determines that the sender of the carrier wave is a mobile terminal and outputs a communication prohibition signal, and an RF controller which acquires the communication prohibition signal and locks the RF part.

  • Patent number: 9027160
Abstract: A secure element (SE) unit 102 holding service data used by an application is provided in a UIM card 100. Thus, when the user identify module (UIM) card 100 is transferred between portable terminals, service data and accompanying information of the application can be moved together with the UIM card 100 to another portable terminal. In addition, an access management unit 400 included in a portable terminal 200 compares UIM information of a UIM information storage unit 103 with UIM information, held by an authority information holding unit 205, of a UIM card of which use authority is possessed by an application. If they do not agree, access to service data stored in the SE unit 102 is restricted.
