  • Publication number: 20100312405
Abstract: A fluid control method for maintaining a split flow ratio of main gas to be split from a main line into first and second sublines constant before and after additive gas is supplied to one of the sublines is achieved by controlling a flow rate of the main gas to be supplied from the main line to a chamber through the first and second sublines based on the pressure in each of the first and second sublines when the additive gas is to be supplied to the second subline. The pressure in the first subline not supplied with the additive gas is controlled to remain constant during supply of the additive gas to the second subline.

  • Patent number: 7353841
Abstract: Provided is a relative pressure control system has a simple configuration, but enables accurate regulation of a division ratio of an operation gas, and concurrently makes it possible to securely drain the operation gas from an operation gas pipeline in case of emergency. The system includes a plurality of air operated valves of a normally open type that are connected to an operation gas pipeline supplied with an operation gas; pressure sensors that are series connected to the respective air operated valves and that detect output pressures of the respective air operated valves; a controller that controls operation pressures of the respective air operated valves in accordance with the pressures detected by the pressure sensors; and a hard interlock solenoid valve that correlates the plurality of air operated valves to one another so that at least one of the plurality of air operated valves is normally opened.

  • Patent number: 4772947
Abstract: For transmitting video data in a block format having predetermined number of pixels in each block arranged in coordinates of a two-dimensional configuration, each block is provided with at least one function of a predetermined degree having respective coefficients corresponding to respective terms thereof and defining a plane or curved surface. Parameters are obtained as the coefficients of the selected function to give a value for each of the pixels by performing the function of the respective coordinates, and such parameters are transmitted for each block. At the receiving side, the coordinates of the pixels contained in each block are generated, and the values of the pixels are determined for reconstructing a video image therefrom by performing on the coordinates the function which corresponds to the received parameters.
