Patent number: 9545099Abstract: Micropores penetrating a vibration plate 12 in a thickness direction thereof are formed, in which the vibration plate 12 atomizes a solution by vibration of a piezoelectric vibrator 11 that generates ultrasonic vibration when current is applied thereto. In addition, the spraying time and the spraying interval time are controlled by turning on or off the current applied to the piezoelectric vibrator 11, such that a value of [50% particle diameter of spray particles in cumulative volume distribution]×([spraying time]/[spraying interval time]) becomes 0.2 to 2.5 ?m.Type: GrantFiled: December 25, 2012Date of Patent: January 17, 2017Assignee: SUMITOMO CHEMICAL COMPANY, LIMITEDInventors: Hiroyuki Kawano, Tetsuo Harada, Daisuke Takahata, Kazuyuki Ueda

Patent number: 5893280Abstract: By rotating a drum at a low speed, the laundry is redistributed so that the eccentric load due to the laundry comes at a position opposing a balancing chamber. Then, while the drum is rotated at a middle speed, a balancing-water supply valve is opened to supply water from a balancing-water nozzle into a water-guiding chamber provided on the back of the drum. The water supplied flows into the balancing chamber, thus increasing the weight of the balancing chamber. The water supply is continued until the magnitude of the eccentric load of the drum holding the laundry and the water becomes smaller than a predetermined value. After an adequate amount of water is supplied, the total eccentric load is so small that the abnormal vibration does not occur even when the drum is rotated at a high speed for extraction.Type: GrantFiled: December 4, 1997Date of Patent: April 13, 1999Assignee: Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kunioki Honda, Mitsunori Shinmura, Tetsuo Harada, Takaaki Yonezawa

Patent number: 5545259Abstract: In a dish washing machine according to the present invention, the contents of washing and rinsing are changed depending on dirt to prevent water from being uselessly used particularly if the degree of dirt on the dishes is low. Therefore, in the first drainage process in the latter part of the washing, the drainage is first started IS2-1). If 20 seconds have elapsed since the drainage was started, the drainage is stopped (S2-3). If the degree of dirt on the dishes is relatively high to select a sequence X (S2-4), drainage processing is performed on the basis of the contents of operations in the sequence X, after which the program proceeds to the rinsing process (S2-5 to S2-11).Type: GrantFiled: January 24, 1995Date of Patent: August 13, 1996Assignee: Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hajime Suzuki, Tetsuo Harada
