  • Publication number: 20090055694
Abstract: An apparatus and method measures the skew between signals on data and clock channels using a bit pattern matching technique for any given protocol in Serial data communication. In one embodiment, the method of finding the pattern comprises of importing the waveform data from the oscilloscope and converting the waveform into bit patterns, finding the pattern index on the converted bit stream using a pattern based on the TMDS channel combination, and then measuring the skew.

  • Patent number: 6297483
Abstract: A heating apparatus includes a heating element having a conductor, at least a part of which is an electrically closed circuit along which an eddy current flows; a container for accommodating the heating element; a magnetic field induction section for induction-heating the heating element; and a high frequency power supply device for supplying high frequency power to the magnetic field induction section. The heating element is induction-heated by an AC magnetic field generated by the magnetic field induction section.

  • Publication number: 20010010582
Abstract: A carriage securing structure for an image processor, including a stop which is linked by a captive coupling to a bottom plate of a casing so that it does not come off the bottom plate and an engagement member provided in a carriage. The carriage is secured by the stop engaging the engagement member. With the engagement being released, a through hole through which the stop is inserted encloses the hole in the bottom plate and does not degrade the appearance of the apparatus, and dust, or the like, is prevented from entering the casing through the hole.

  • Patent number: 4357513
Abstract: A microwave oven having a vertically translatable resistance heater disposed in the heating chamber thereof is disclosed. The two end portions of the heater extend from the interior of the heating chamber to the exterior thereof through a pair of parallel vertically elongated openings. The heater is vertically translated by a translation mechanism along the two elongated openings. The leakage of the electromagnetic waves through the elongated openings is prevented for the most part by annular choke chambers which are situated around the elongated openings and have communication ports which oppose the extending portions of the heater and through which electromagnetic waves leaking from the interior of the heating chamber through the elongated openings are introduced, thereby extinguishing the electromagnetic waves leaking through the elongated openings.
