  • Patent number: 10263484
Abstract: A stator for a rotary electric machine includes a stator core, three-phase coils, and a neutral point connection conductor. The three-phase coils are wound around the stator core. The neutral point connection conductor is connected to each of the three-phase coils. The neutral point connection conductor includes a linear conductor that is bent. The linear conductor includes two end portions and an overlapping portion in which the conductor is folded back and doubled up. One of the two end portions is connected to one-phase coil of the three-phase coils. The other of the two end portions is connected to another-phase coil of the three-phase coils. The overlapping portion is connected to the remaining-phase coil of the three-phase coils.

  • Patent number: 10027197
Abstract: A stator includes a stator core, a stator attachment and a plurality of segment coils. The stator core has a yoke portion, stator teeth and stator slots. The stator attachment is placed on an axial end surface of the stator core. The stator attachment includes attachment teeth, attachment slots and varnish guide faces. Each of the attachment slots communicates with an axial open end of each of the stator slots. The varnish guide faces approach an axially central side toward an attachment slot side in the radial direction. The segment coils are fixed to the stator core with varnish. Each segment coils includes plurality of conductor segments. The conductor segment is bent by making contact with the attachment teeth.

  • Publication number: 20160190891
Abstract: A rotary electric machine stator includes: a stator core including slots; a stator coil wound around the stator core by joining end portions of a plurality of segment conductors placed to be inserted into each of the slots; and an insulating layer provided around the end portions including a joining portion at the end portions of the plurality of segment conductors. The segment conductor is constituted by an electric conductor and an insulation coating that covers the electric conductor. A conductor exposed portion in which the insulation coating is removed is formed in each of those end portions of the segment conductors which are joined to each other. The insulating layer is formed to be attached onto an insulating member that covers a stepped portion formed in a boundary between the insulation coating and the conductor exposed portion.

  • Publication number: 20160190876
Abstract: A supporter for a stator is put on an axial end surface of a stator core of a motor. The supporter includes an outer annular portion, an inner annular portion, supporter teeth, a projection. The supporter teeth are placed between the outer annular portion and the inner annular portions. The supporter teeth are extending radially around a rotation axis of the motor, and configured to connect the outer annular portion to the inner annular portions. The projection is provided on a radially outer peripheral surface of the outer annular portion so as to project radially outwardly. The projection is an axial thickness smaller than an axial thickness of the outer annular portion.
