  • Patent number: 8087668
Abstract: A conveying and dividing mechanism in which a first conveyance path and a second conveyance path facing each other can bidirectionally convey banknotes between each other and that can divide into multiple-direction banknotes conveyed from both the first conveyance path and the second conveyance path. A first dividing member is rockably provided at the intersection of the first conveyance path, the second conveyance path, a third conveyance path, and a fourth conveyance path. The first dividing member enables banknotes to be bidirectionally conveyed between the first and second conveyance paths. Further, the first dividing member enables bank notes conveyed from the first and second conveyance paths to be divided into the third and fourth conveyance paths.

  • Publication number: 20110133395
Abstract: A paper sheet handling apparatus includes a transport unit having a main transport path and a return transport path, a detection unit arranged at a predetermined detection position in the main transport path, and a controller controlling the transport unit based on the detection result of the detection unit. The controller leads, at the diversion position in the main transport path, a paper sheet transported along the main transport path into the return transport path, transports a subsequent paper sheet along the main transport path, and controls the transportation of the paper sheet and the transportation of the subsequent paper sheet respectively in response to the arrival of the subsequent paper sheet at the detection position such that the paper sheets are stacked into a batch at the joining position of the two transport paths with certain parts of the paper sheets being aligned.

  • Publication number: 20100219580
Abstract: A loop-shaped part is provided in a middle part of a transport path 11c provided in a paper sheet handling mechanism 10. This loop-shaped part can serve to hold a paper sheet (or paper sheets) W1 by circulating the paper sheet W1 thereon. Once the paper sheet W2 present on the upstream side relative to the loop-shaped part along the transport path 11c is fed to the loop-shaped part, the paper sheet W2 present on the upstream side relative to the loop-shaped part and the one paper sheet or the batch of paper sheets W1 present on the loop-shaped part are respectively moved, such that the paper sheet W2 can be stacked with the paper sheet (or paper sheets) W1 circulated along the loop-shaped part. A paper sheet length detector detects whether or not the length in the transport direction of the paper sheet W2 fed to the loop-shaped part from the upstream side relative to the loop-shaped part along the transport path 11c is longer than a predetermined length.

  • Patent number: 7627676
Abstract: Even if a communication is interrupted, a communication control module in a data terminal reestablish the communication without informing a communication module that the communication has been interrupted in a case where it is possible to reestablish the communication. The communication control module determines that the communication can be reestablished if the interruption is temporary, or the condition of a network is good. The communication module does not recognize the interruption of the communication if the communication can be reestablished. Therefore, when the communication circuit is reestablished, the data communication is restored retrospectively to the time of the interruption of the communication.

  • Patent number: 6829238
Abstract: When a plurality of IP packets to be relayed, which form a TCP connection, pass through a router device, converting units rewrite part of IP address information and port number information within the packets according to a predetermined rule in cooperation with a TCP connection management database. A stream linking unit extracts the information indicating the original connection destination of a TCP connection from the packets, and links two TCP connections with streams. Converting units rewrite part of the IP address information and the port number information within a plurality of packets to form a TCP connection with an original connection destination according to a predetermined rule in cooperation with the management database.
