    Abstract: In certain embodiments the limb pocket of an archery bow includes at least one rocker positioned between the limb pocket and the bow limbs. The rocker is designed to rest or loosely fit in a groove in the limb pocket, and is arranged between the groove and fulcrum points on the limb. The rocker has a length with an upper face which defines one or two limb channels; with each channel engaging the butt end of a limb. In certain embodiments, the rocker sidewalls flex as the limb pocket is assembled to apply a clamping force to the limbs.

In certain embodiments, the arrangement includes a slide having a slide body configured to slide along an arrow shaft. The arrangement further includes a stop used in cooperation with the slide. The stop is arrangeable on the arrow shaft in a manner to prevent the slide from sliding off of the arrow shaft. A dampening material is secured to the rear of the slide and arranged between the slide and the stop.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a bowfishing reel that includes a first wheel, a second wheel that can be moved into contact with the first wheel to pinch a fishing line between the wheels, a biasing mechanism that bias the second wheel toward the first wheel with a biasing force sufficient to grip the fishing line between the wheels, an actuator arranged to move the second wheel away from the first wheel against the biasing force, a latch that can independently hold and retain the second wheel away from the first wheel against the biasing force, and a trigger mechanism that can controllably release the latch from holding the second wheel away from the first wheel to allow the biasing mechanism to bias the second wheel into contact with the first wheel to pinch the fishing line between the first and second wheels.
