Abstract: Certain exemplary embodiments comprise a method comprising: for a graphical representation of a process, the graphical representation comprising a network comprising a plurality of nodes connected by directional arcs: converting the graphical representation to a context-free grammar notation; for each of the directional arcs, defining at least one function from a plurality of functions, the function dependant on state information of the nodes connected by the arc; and for each of the functions, generating source code.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for processing unique dialogs from a dialog system to identify paths through the dialog system, each unique dialog having a corresponding identified path and generating a visual call flow representation as a function of the identified paths of the dialog system, the call flow representation including nodes and edges connected to correspond to the identified paths.

Abstract: A system and method for automatically generating a spoken dialog application is disclosed. In one embodiment, a graphical representation of a call flow is converted into a context free grammar representation, which is then converted into a finite state machine, which is then used as the basis for the spoken dialog application.
