  • Publication number: 20070124901
Abstract: An attachment system is integrated into a hanging ornament (e.g., toy, audio player, aesthetic adornment, etc.) that readily attaches to a specially shaped zipper pull that replaces or mounts to a generally known zipper pull. The wearer then has ready access to the item with reduced likelihood of dropping the item. This allows the user to have very easy access to the toy which hangs from the attachment piece on the exterior of the garment. The system is designed to allow for the toy to be easily attached and detached from the attachment point for ease of use. Furthermore, in many situations it is possible to use the toy without needing to detach it from the garment as the flexible corded attachment piece allows the toy to be handled without removal.

  • Publication number: 20070069471
Abstract: A table top game uses two or more light-weight balls that are staged within an open enclosure overtop of a fan or other pneumatic source that generates a vertical air stream of sufficient flow rate to suspend the balls. Toy weapons are selectively attached to each light-weight ball as part of game play to vary the aerodynamic oscillation, simulating attacking movements that may cause a given light-weight ball to fly out of the air stream or to knock another opponent light-weight ball out of the air stream. Each round of the game concludes with one light-weight ball remaining suspended. The enclosure may advantageously funnel a fallen light-weight ball back into the air stream if not propelled laterally a significant distance out of play. Interactive elements that vary the air stream or inject a lateral air stream or projectile may also be included.

  • Publication number: 20060182297
Abstract: A wearable sound system comprises a garment and a speaker assembly. The system may further comprise an audio device. In one embodiment, the audio device and the speaker assembly are detachably mounted to the garment. In another embodiment, the speaker assembly is integral with the garment. The speaker assembly may comprise a fabric member positioned between a front and rear member, such that the fabric member may be secured to the garment. The audio device and/or the speaker assembly may be substantially water resistant, such that the garment may be washed with the components without damaging the components. The garment may be a hooded garment, a backpack, or any other garment.
