Each ACH item relates to an ACH transaction type. Each ACH item is associated with a corresponding ACH transaction type to which it is related. Each ACH item also is associated with parties involved in the transaction detailed in the ACH item. A request for information regarding a specified ACH transaction type is received from a requesting party. ACH items associated with the specified ACH transaction type and the requesting party are identified in response to receiving the request. Information regarding the identified ACH items is presented to the requesting customer.
