Abstract: Disclosed are a system and process of providing social networking purchasing processes. A method includes receiving, from a posting entity and at the social networking entity, a posting or a submission of a text, an image or a video. When the submission is associated with a product within a product catalog of the posting entity, the social networking entity presents in a newsfeed of users or otherwise on the social networking entity, the text, image or video with an associated option to buy. The option to buy might be presented through a messenger application or as the user browses the posting. When there is a correlation between the posting and the product catalog, and when the user makes a purchase of the product, the user is not transitioned away from the social networking entity. Initiating a payment process occurs within the social networking entity.

Abstract: An implant assembly includes a screw body, including anchor portion and proximal head portion, and a cradle movably mounted in the screw body to allow for controlled angulation between a spinal connection element disposed in the cradle and the screw body. The cradle is pivotable in one or more selected directions about one or more axes relative to the screw body. The cradle may be generally, substantially spherical in shape and allow for unrestricted movement in one or more directions around one or more axis.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for receiving, at a user device, data from a near-field-communication tag on an object, initiating, based on the data, a browser on the user device, navigating, based on the data and via the browser, to a site and transmitting authorized payment data or other task to the site based on payment data retrieved from either the user device or a network entity. The data can be communicated from the browser to the site through an application programming interface. Any task can be performed as well such as opening a door, starting a car, or renting a parking space.

Abstract: A system and method for providing payments is disclosed. A method can include establishing a wireless link between a mobile device and a merchant device. After an instruction is displayed on the mobile device, a combination of a first type of input and a second type of input are received on the mobile device, first type of input including at least one button press of a physical button and the second type of input received from a user to confirm a payment for the purchase. Based on the inputs, payment data is retrieved from a memory of the mobile device. The method includes receiving the payment data at the merchant device to make the purchase, wherein receiving the payment data, via the wireless link, at the merchant device to make the purchase is performed according to a protocol for communicating the payment data to the merchant device.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method including receiving at a user device a scan of a code, initiating on the device, based on the code, a communication with a server, receiving, based on the communication and from the server, a download of a user interface, the download being independent of a full application stored on the user device, transmitting, via the software module, an identification, received from the user, of a function to perform in connection with the code, transmitting location data associated with the user device to the server and transmitting authorized data to the server based on data retrieved from either the user device or a network entity. The user can scan product codes or rental codes in the store or on a device like a scooter and receive the interactive interface for performing a function. The process eliminates the need for point of sale equipment and eliminates checkout lines.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for transitioning a user from a search site like Google directly from an advertisement to a payment checkout process on the merchant site. A system can be configured to provide, to a non-commerce site, data about a product; provide, to the non-commerce site, a checkout link associated with a checkout process; provide an advertisement to non-merchant side for the product; and receive, from the non-commerce site, a transition of a user into the checkout process for the product, wherein the transition is based on the user interacting with the advertisement for the product the checkout link that causes a transition of the user from the non-commerce site to the checkout process.

Abstract: A diaper and method for improving male genital health, the diaper including a non-absorbent insert positioned on an inner surface of an inner layer in the proximity of a front region thereof such that when the diaper is worn by a male wearer the insert is positioned adjacent the penis of the male wearer. In the method, a non-absorbent insert is interposed between the meatus and the absorbent diaper to prevent undesired drying of the meatus which can lead to meatal stenosis and related complications. In a further aspect of the diaper and method, the insert may be coated or impregnated with moisturizing agents and/or therapeutic agents.

Abstract: A sheet of material 2 which can be incorporated into a booklet has an adhesive strip 5, foldable portion 7 and first and second perforated fold 8a and 8b. Information can be entered into the space delimited between the first and second perforated folds 8 and 10 and concealed by removing a protective paper 6 from the adhesive strip 5 and folding the foldable section 7 at perforated folds 8, such that it sticks to the adhesive strip 7 and conceals information in space 9. The perforated folds 8 and 10 delimit and create a detachable strip 11 which can be torn away in order to reveal the information in space 9 when required.

Thus the on-line help information displayed by the computer system may include user selectable elements which enable the user to complete portions or all of a task directly from the on-line help window, e.g., without requiring the user to search for this functionality in menus or toolbars within the application. The user may launch the application and then select on-line help information associated with performing a task within the application. In response to this user input, the computer may display on-line help information associated with the application. The displayed on-line help information may include various help information that specifies a recipe for performing the task, e.g., the information may guide the user through a series of steps to perform the task in the application. The displayed on-line help information may include one or more user selectable elements.
