    Abstract: A dispenser for a product in stick form comprised of inner and outer concentric sleeves of biodegradable material, a base for holding the stick in one end of the inner sleeve, an insert for closing off the other end of the outer sleeve, parallel circumferential tear lines in the outer sleeve defining a central section thereof, and a plurality of parallel circumferential tear lines in the inner sleeve defining circumferential segments that can be removed one by one as the stick is used for exposing a new portion of the stick for use.
