Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to heat transfer turbulators that can be disposed within heat exchanger tubes. The heat transfer turbulators are designed to promote turbulent flow of a heat transfer fluid through the heat exchanger tubes. The heat transfer turbulators include a helically shaped body portion that extends within the tubes and is constructed at least partially of plastic. The heat transfer turbulators also include an extension portion that extends outside of the tube from the body portion and has an outer diameter that is greater than the inner diameter of the tube.

Abstract: An HVAC control system is disclosed that includes an HVAC unit and a control device for controlling operation of the HVAC unit. The control device has a plurality of terminals configured to receive or transmit control signals for the HVAC unit, a memory device storing a run-test initiation code and instructions for executing a run-test sequence and a microprocessor configured to receive a plurality of control signals corresponding to the run-test initiation code at least one terminal of the plurality of terminals. The microprocessor is configured to execute the instructions for executing the run-test sequence in response to receiving the plurality of control signals corresponding to the run-test initiation code.

Abstract: The invention is directed towards a front panel assembly for receiving air to be conditioned by a manufactured home furnace. The front panel assembly comprises molded panels allowing for a greater amount of open louver area, improved appearance, and improved sound-deadening qualities. The molded panels can be held together by rails, which can also be used to hold a filter in place behind the molded panels.
