  • Patent number: 9858965
Abstract: Various technologies described herein pertain to generating an output video loop from an input video that includes values at pixels over a time range. Respective input time intervals within the time range of the input video are determined for the pixels by performing an optimization. The optimization can be performed to assign the input time intervals at a first level of resolution, while terms of an objective function use a finer, second level of resolution. An input time interval for a particular pixel includes a per-pixel loop period of a single, contiguous loop at the particular pixel within the time range from the input video. The input time intervals can be temporally scaled based on per-pixel loop periods and an output video loop period. The output video loop is created based on the values at the pixels over the input time intervals for the pixels in the input video.

  • Publication number: 20060001230
Abstract: A motorcycle trailer with an aerodynamic storage compartment and a two-wheel independent suspension. Swing arm suspensions for the wheels include swing arms pivotally mounted to the trailer above the wheel axle, wherein the swing arms are supported by wheel suspension shock absorbers. A suspension spring supported hitch design enables the motorcycle to rapidly move up and down independently of the trailer pitch velocity to reduce affecting the motorcycle. The aerodynamic storage compartment, the wheel suspension, and the suspension spring supported hitch help maintain a smooth ride for the motorcycle pulling the trailer and reduce the aerodynamic drag and associated fuel consumption and rear tire wear of the motorcycle, and the motorcycle aft frame fatigue.

  • Patent number: 4311289
Abstract: Modifications to a jet aircraft of the type having aft fuselage-mounted engine nacelles overlapping trailing edge portions of the aircraft's wings, wherein a channel area defined by the fuselage, wing, pylon and attached nacelle is shaped to prevent air flowing therethrough from forming a shock wave during flight operation in the transonic regime, resulting in significant drag reduction as compared to an unmodified jet aircraft of a similar type. Further modifications to the jet aircraft's wings provide additional lift while significantly reducing drag as compared to a similar, unmodified aircraft. The present invention is particularly adaptable for use with Gates Learjet type aircraft, especially Models 23, 24, 25 and other models having similar nacelle, pylon and inboard wing arrangements.
