    Abstract: A barrier fence comprising a leno fabric woven from thermoplastic yarns, and a series of stripes of a thermoplastic resin in a warp direction integrally adhered to the leno fabric, having gaps therebetween, wherein the stripes adhered to the leno fabric have a Tensile Strength in the warp direction at least equal to or greater than that of the gaps.
