    Abstract: A control system for an electric drive assembly of a hatch of a motor vehicle includes a drive assembly configured to reposition a hatch in motorized manner in a time-controlled motion process within a predetermined set hatch-motion time (tsoll) over a predetermined set hatch displacement (ssoll). The control system further includes a regulating unit that regulates the drive assembly to a set hatch speed (vsoll) during the motion process. Wherein, in a motion routine during the motion process, the control system ascertains a residual remaining hatch-motion time (tRest) continuously and computes the set hatch speed (vsoll) continuously in accordance with a computation rule on the basis of the remaining hatch-motion time (tRest) and supplies the hatch speed to the regulating unit.

    Abstract: A method is provided for accident prevention with the following traffic during an automated parking procedure of a motor vehicle having a parking assistance system with at least one automated transverse guide. In order to park, a first parking movement into the transverse parking space is provided in the backwards or forwards direction, and, if necessary, at least one subsequent correction movement in the forwards or backwards direction. A need for a correction movement in the forward or backward direction is determined according to the method. In response to the fact that a need for a correction movement is determined, the method prevents the vehicle from pulling so far into the transverse parking space during the parking movement so that afterwards, when beginning the correction movement in the forward or backward direction, the driver does not have an obstructed view of the following traffic due to the visual blocking by a vehicle adjacent to the transverse parking space.

    Abstract: A method is provided for resuming the movement of a motor vehicle after unforeseen stopping in an automated parking process performed by a parking assistance system having automated longitudinal and transverse guidance. If the vehicle is stopped, a decision is made about a resumption of movement of the vehicle in the prior direction of travel that existed before the vehicle was stopped. The decision is made in dependence on the remaining travel path from the current position to the next planned stopping point of the trajectory lying in the prior direction of travel. A stopping point of the trajectory can be a reversal point or the final parking position, for example. If the decision is positive, the movement of the vehicle is resumed in the prior direction of travel. If the decision is negative, the movement of the vehicle is resumed against the prior direction of travel. Alternatively, in the case of a negative decision, the movement of the vehicle may not be resumed and the parking process may be ended.
