  • Publication number: 20130036710
Abstract: A method for the production and filling of packaging means is described and claimed, in which the following production steps are performed: flattened tubular film material is wound off a roll along the primary axis of symmetry of the hose, the tubular material is provided via a welding and separating process with a first lateral welding seam perpendicular in reference to the tubular axis and separated along a separation line, the hose sections open at one side are filled, the still open end of the hose section open at one side is provided with a second lateral welding seam. It is considered novel and inventive that two subsequent separation lines are inserted in the hose at a distance, which is smaller than the distance between the two edges of the hose. Additionally, a device is described and claimed comprising features allowing the implementation of the method.

Abstract: A winding device for winding up a web-like material has a roll core, on which the web-like material is wound up into a material roll, and a web guiding roller, which guides the web-like material before or when the web-like material reaches the roll core or the material roll, and a pressing element, which presses the web-like material onto the roll core or the roll after the web-like material already rests on the roll core or the roll. The pressing element is movable in relation to the roll core, and is mounted at both ends in lever arms forming a lever arm pair. The lever arms are mounted so as to be rotatable, and so that the pressing element is pivotable around bearing points of the lever arms.

  • Patent number: 7877966
Abstract: A machine for forming, filling, and sealing sacks has an unwinding device for a plastic tube, a cross-cutting device that cuts the tube perpendicularly to its principal axis of symmetry and creates tubular pieces in the process, a bottom forming means for forming a sack bottom at one end of the tubular piece, transport equipment to transport the resulting sacks through the machine, a filling station with a feeding element for filling the product in the sack, means of reducing the distance between the product discharge opening of the feed element and the bottom of the sack to be filled, and sealing means to seal the filled sack. The means of reducing the distance is a sack lifting device with which the sack can be lifted in the filling station such that an upper edge of the sack is located above the product discharge opening of the feed element.

  • Publication number: 20090321551
Abstract: A winding device (1) for winding up a web-like material (2), which comprises a roll core (5), on which the web-like material (2) may be wound up into a material roll, and a web guiding roller (3), which guides the web-like material (2) before or when it reaches the roll core or the material roll, and a pressing element (6), which presses the web-like material onto the roll core or the roll after it already rests on the roll core or the roll, the pressing roller being movable in relation to the roll core. The pressing element (6) is mounted at both ends in lever arms (12) forming a lever arm pair. The lever arms are mounted so they are rotatable, so that the pressing roller is pivotable around the bearing points (13) of the lever arms.
