  • Patent number: 11965886
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of immobilizing a cell on a support, the method comprising a) providing a compound or salt thereof comprising, preferably consisting of, one or more hydrophobic domains attached to a hydrophilic domain, wherein the one or more hydrophobic domains are covalently bound to said hydrophilic domain, and wherein the one or more hydrophobic domains each comprise a linear lipid, a steroid or a hydrophobic vitamin, and wherein the hydrophilic domain comprises a polyethylene glycol (PEG) moiety, and wherein the compound comprises a linking group; b) contacting a cell with the compound under conditions allowing the interaction of the compound with the membrane of the cell, thereby immobilizing the linking group on the surface of the cell; and c) contacting the linking group immobilized on the cell with a support capable of binding the linking group, thereby immobilizing the cell on the support.

  • Patent number: 11053895
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pipeline for supplying a gas to an internal combustion engine, with a pipeline cross section forming a passage for the gas and a gas mass measuring device for measuring a gas mass flow. The pipeline is characterized in particular in that it comprises a mixing element made from a wire structure upstream from the gas mass measuring device and in that the mixing element serves for the thorough mixing of the gas in order to homogenize an inhomogeneous flow profile which is present upstream from the mixing element.

  • Patent number: 10207565
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and device for fastening a plastics component to a load-bearing component. The fastening device includes a plastics component which is fastened to the load-bearing component by a screw connection, and a rubber-metal buffer which is arranged as a resilient support between the load-bearing component and the plastics component. The fastening device further comprises at least one metal tip which is arranged between the rubber-metal buffer and the plastics component, and which protrudes from a metal disk in the direction of the plastics component and engages at least partially in a surface of the plastics component when the plastics component is screwed to the load-bearing component.
