  • Publication number: 20160237696
Abstract: The present invention relates to a multilayer decorative plastic web or board, comprising a carrier sheet containing a thermoplastic material having at least one layer containing an impregnated paper provided on one or on both sides thereof, particularly near to the surface, as well as to a process for producing the same. The multilayer decorative plastic web or board according to the present invention can be suitably used for interior design, and in particular for ceilings, linings, wall panels, decorative films or synthetic veneers for furniture surfaces as well as for floor coverings.

  • Patent number: 9004228
Abstract: A container for collecting a liquid lubricant has a housing having one end formed with an inlet opening connectable to a source of the liquid lubricant and an opposite end formed with a vent hole, with a piston inside the housing subdividing the housing into a front lubricant compartment into which the inlet opening opens and a rear compartment into which the vent hole opens. The piston is shiftable between a front position close to the intake opening and a rear position close to the vent hole such that as the liquid lubricant fills the lubricant compartment the piston moves into the rear position. Formations on the piston and on the housing seal between the piston and the housing around the vent hole only when the piston is in the rear position.

  • Publication number: 20080217106
Abstract: A metering device for a lubricant dispenser has an inflow opening and at least two outflow openings for dividing up the amounts of lubricant being conveyed, and has a slide inserted into a housing of the metering device so as to move lengthwise, which slide has an axial bore on the inflow side. The outflow openings are connected to the axial bore of the slide on the inflow side by way of a displacement chamber, in each instance. The displacement chambers are hydraulically separated from one another by kickback valves. A forward stroke of the slide brings about a reduction in volume of the displacement chambers and flow of the lubricant out of the outflow openings. A backward stroke of the slide brings about an increase in volume of the displacement chambers and follow-up flow of the lubricant through the kickback valves.

  • Patent number: 7228941
Abstract: The invention relates to a metering device for lubricant having a lubricant reservoir (1), a piston (3), which is arranged on a threaded spindle (2), within the lubricant reservoir and a drive head 4, which has a drive shaft (7) connected to the threaded spindle (2) and an electromechanical drive (5) for actuating the drive shaft. The drive shaft (7) contains a lubricant passage duct (8) which opens into the lubricant storage space of the lubricant reservoir. A ram (9) is inserted into the lubricant passage duct (8) of the drive shaft, said ram having an axial bore (10) with a nonreturn valve (11) on the inlet side, and also a ram head (13) which is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner and is loaded by a compression spring (12). The ram head (13) bears under the effect of the compression spring (12) against a control surface (14) of the drive shaft (7).

  • Patent number: 6601738
Abstract: A lubricant dispenser comprising a housing, a lubricant supply container, a plunger, a telescopic hollow spindle, and an electromechanical servo-drive for changing the length of the telescopic hollow spindle. One end of the telescopic hollow spindle is fixed on the housing. With its other end, the telescopic hollow spindle cooperates with a plunger containing a passage opening for lubricant. The telescopic hollow spindle has a lubricant passage channel in which at least one check valve is arranged on the inlet side. The telescopic hollow spindle alternately carries out setting strokes of different lengths that increase or reduce the length of the spindle. The setting strokes are coordinated with each other so that with a setting stroke of the telescopic hollow spindle increasing the length of the spindle, a preset amount of lubricant displaced by the movement of the plunger enters the lubricant passage channel through the opening check valve.
