    Abstract: A clone pop comprising at least one hollow main housing made of a bendable material. Inside the hollow main housing is a plastic bendable sleeve with a bendable wire inside each sleeve. The plastic bendable sleeve and the bendable wire inside the plastic sleeve extends from the lower end of the main housing to the upper end of the main housing. Attached at the upper end of the main housing is a likeness of a head of an animal, character, etc. with an aperture at the top of the head to hold a candy with a candy stick. The main housing can be made in different lengths so a child can bend it to make a bracelet or necklace or to bend two housings together or bend apart in several different shapes. The clone pops can be made and sold separately or as pairs so a child can collect all of a series and make their own combination of clone pops.

    Abstract: A play sword lollipop holding device for entertaining children. The device comprises a plastic handle which is the main housing with one or more plastic telescoping sleeves attached to the handle. The last sleeve, which is the smallest, has an aperture at the end to hold a lollipop on a stick. A child can enjoy playing and eating his/her play sword lollipop with the flick of their wrist. This action causes the telescoping sleeves and candy to extend outward from the handle making a sword to play with. When not in use, the telescoping sleeves collapse one into the other for easy carrying and storage.

    Abstract: A candy holding and dispensing device which combines a lollipop with loose candy or gum pieces in one convenient holder. The device comprises a main housing of clear plastic which contains loose candy or gum pieces. The upper end of the main housing is provided with an aperture to which a lollipop is secured. The upper end or lower end of the housing can be made with threads so it can be separated. The main housing can also be made with threads so the main housing can be refilled with candy or gum pieces or it can be made as a self-contained non-refillable main housing. The lower end of the main housing contains a spring and a dispensing shaft which has slots for dispensing candy or gum pieces near the top of the shaft. The end of the dispensing shaft extends out of the lower end cap of the main housing.

    Abstract: A candy or gum holding device including an elongated flexible cord. The candy or gum is of a gummy type which can be threaded onto the cord along its length. Near a lower end of the cord, the cord is flared slightly so that the candy or gum pieces will not fall off but can be pulled off over the flare. The upper end of the cord is provided with a head and the lower end of the cord is provided with a tail section. The head is provided with an aperture which receives the end of the tail section in order to form a bracelet or anklet after the candy has been consumed.

    Abstract: A novelty flashlight and liquid candy consumption device. This device includes an upper housing which is attached to an upper end of a flashlight and filled with a liquid candy. The flashlight is turned on to make the candy cylinder glow brightly while the liquid candy is being consumed. The upper housing is covered with a cap which has a perforated upper end through which the candy can be consumed. After the candy has been consumed, the device can be employed as a miniature flashlight. A battery source may be permanently sealed inside the housing and is not replaceable or may be removable. The removable cap is provided with a removable clear plastic cover which is placed over the cap and which is secured in place at one end for protection of the candy.

    Abstract: A candy holder noisemaker device designed to make a clacking or ringing sound. The device has a main housing, a switch, a motor and a power supply. The housing encompasses a gearing system with cam rods, clacker arms with attached clacker balls, a clacker bell and a replaceable lollipop. The housing can be made of plastic or any suitable material. Located within the main housing is the power supply that makes contact with the switch, which in turn operates the motor. An upper housing contains the gearing system with the can rods. When the gearing system is engaged, the cam rods make contact with spring loaded clacker arms. This causes the clacker balls, which are attached to the clacker arms and located above the upper housing, to strike alternately on the sides of the clacker bell making a clacker or ringing sound. The clacker bell is attached to the top of the upper housing so the clacker bell can move slightly when struck by the clacker balls.

    Abstract: A candy holding and retrieving device which moves a powdered candy or any suitable candy from a reservoir onto a plastic or rubber belt which delivers the candy to a user. The device includes a main housing which contains a motor, a power supply, a gearing system designed for the proper torque and speed, and a plastic or rubber belt. The belt can be made with the surface bumpy or have a scoop made into or attached to the belt for collecting hard candy or gum and depositing it out at an opening in the main housing. The upper end of the main housing has a wheel which turns on an axle and which engages the gearing system. The lower end of the main housing has another wheel that turns on an axle. The plastic or rubber belt encircles both wheels on the outside of the main housing. A spaced plastic covering on the outside of the main housing encloses the plastic or rubber belt, and is provided with a contact switch for operating the motor.

    Abstract: The pop-eye pen and candy holder includes a main housing made of plastic or any suitable material. Inside the main housing is a ballpoint pen with the writing point extending out of the lower end of the main housing. The upper end of the main housing has a holding socket for a plastic eyeball to sit upon. The plastic eyeball is surrounded by a liquid and both are contained within a clear plastic sphere. The plastic eyeball has an off-centered weight to allow movement within the clear plastic ball. The upper end of the main housing also has an aperture to secure one end of a plastic tubing that is wrapped around the plastic eyeball to hold the plastic eyeball in place and to allow enough space for movement of the sphere. The other end of the plastic tubing extends above the eyeball and has an aperture at the top to hold a candy lollipop that can be replaced. This combination is a toy, a candy and a pen that will provide children with lots of fun.

    Abstract: A Wacky Pop Noise Maker is a novelty toy and candy holding device designed to hold a sucker type candy and to make noise. The Wacky Pop comprises a hollow main housing with plastic rings with a noise maker in the housing between an upper end cap and a bottom end of the housing. The upper end includes an aperture and a sucker type candy. The sucker type candy is inserted into the aperture at the top of the upper end cap of the hollow main housing. The upper end cap also has small apertures around the top end of the cap to allow passage of air. The outside of the hollow main housing has plastic rings and the lower end of the housing is open with a plastic rod across the bottom. Inside the hollow main housing the noise maker slides freely when the holding device is shaken or when the air is pushed back and forth through the apertures in the top edge of the upper end cap producing a variety of noises. This combination of candy and a toy noise maker gives children twice the fun. The candy can be replaced.

    Abstract: The U.F.O. Pop consists of a sucker-type candy with a candy stick inserted into an aperture at the top of a clear plastic upper housing. The clear plastic upper housing is connected to the plastic lower housing with a toy creature inside. The top of the plastic lower housing contains a circuit board, LEG bulbs, contact switch and a battery operated power supply. The outside of the plastic lower housing has a launch button on one side and a contact switch on the opposite side. The inside of the plastic lower housing contains a launch button, pin, push block with an anchored pivot point, release mechanism and a spring anchor containing a windup spring and a spinner shaft. The buttom of the plastic lower housing has winding locks and a spinner end. The flying disk is connected to the spinner end by placing the winding lock teeth over the winding locks at the bottom of the plastic lower housing. The flying disk is turned to windup for flight. It is now ready to launch.

The balance ring and bottom enclosure is such that the main housing will stand at an angle and will wobble on the bottom end in an upright position. A top cap is provided to close the aperture in the upper end enclosure. Hard pieces of candy having a size smaller than the aperture can be dispensed from the housing by shaking the housing with the cap removed.

    Abstract: A candy holder and enclosure for a piece of candy. The device includes a main housing and a secondary housing. The secondary housing has an upper end that extends into a lower end of the main housing. The main housing includes a spring loaded split cap that encloses the upper end of the main housing and a hard stick of candy is secured to the upper end of the secondary housing and contained within the main housing. Moving the secondary housing into the main housing pushes the candy upwardly to open the split cap and to expose the candy for consumption. If the candy is not completely consumed, the secondary housing is pulled outward from the main body and the remaining candy will be drawn into the main housing for storage.

    Abstract: A candy holding device which is used to hold a piece of candy such as a sucker in a covering to protect the candy from dirt, etc. The cover is formed in two halves which in a folded condition encloses the candy. The two halves of the cover are connected at one end on swivel drums so that in use, the half covers are pulled apart and rotated from an upper position to a lower position. As the two half covers are rotated to the lower position the two halves are rotated about the swivel drums 180 degrees so that the two halves can be secured together to form a handle. In order to protect any candy that is left, the handles are moved upwardly and rotated 180 degrees to enclose the candy within the two half covers.

    Abstract: This invention relates to novelties and in particular to a novel candy holding and dispensing device which dispenses a liquid edible filling from a reservoir through a hollow stick attached to the sucker and through an channel (s) in the sucker type candy. This device includes a hollow plastic housing or reservoir which would contain a liquid edible filling. The hollow plastic housing may be pliable for applying a squeeze pressure to the liquid or of a hard plastic for which a piston force is necessary to force the liquid from the plastic housing. For a hard plastic housing or reservoir an attached threaded shaft is used. When turned, the threaded shaft pushes the liquid filling through a hollow stick at the top of the cylinder. The liquid filling then passes out of the hollow stick into a sucker type candy with channel (s) and oozes out at the top of the sucker type candy. The candy combination is now ready for consumption and eaten simultaneously.
