  • Patent number: 11769973
Abstract: A plug connector for transmitting high-frequency signals includes a cable, a contact and a connecting element. The cable has a free end. The contact is mounted on the free end of the cable, and has a free contact end on a side facing away from the cable. The connecting element is disposed between the contact and the cable, and, in an assembled state, is fixedly connected to the contact and to the cable. The connecting element has a first portion with a first outer diameter on a side facing the contact and a second portion with a second outer diameter on a side facing the cable, the second outer diameter being larger than the first outer diameter. The first portion includes a third portion that has, at least in some regions of the third portion, an outer diameter corresponding to the second outer diameter.

  • Publication number: 20230268700
Abstract: A plug connector for transmitting high-frequency signals includes an inner-conductor and an outer-conductor contact, and an insulator arranged therebetween. A receptacle is formed by the outer-conductor contact and is configured to receive a mating plug connector to establish a connection. A catch basket is: formed by the outer-conductor contact, and/or arranged in the receptacle and is configured to produce contacting between the outer-conductor contact and the mating plug connector in a connected state of the plug connector and the mating plug connector. The catch basket comprises a main body and a spring element having a first and second free end. The spring element is connected to the main body by torsion bridges such that the spring element is configured to tilt when the plug connector and mating plug connector are being connected, and such that the free ends are configured to press against the mating plug connector.

  • Patent number: 11600947
Abstract: An electrical connector for connection to a complementary mating connector includes a housing having at least one socket and at least one contact assembly which is disposed at least partially within the socket. A fastening element secures the contact assembly within the socket. A secondary retention means is movable between a pre-latched position and a final latched position, and, in the final latched position, prevents the fastening element from releasing securement of the contact assembly in the socket. The housing has a fastening groove extending along the socket at least along a portion of its length for securing the secondary retention means. In the final latched position, the secondary retention means engages by at least one latching element in the fastening groove.

  • Patent number: 11588274
Abstract: A connecting device includes a plug connector receivable into a receiving space of a mating connector. In a connection position, a latching arm of the plug connector is engaged with a latch receiver of the mating connector. The plug connector has a securing unit for locking and releasing the latching arm. The mating connector has a counterstop element which, when the plug connector is introduced into the receiving space, strikes a deflection chamfer of the securing unit and deflects a securing arm of the securing unit perpendicularly to the direction of insertion and in parallel to a base side of the plug connector so that, in the connection position, a stop surface of the securing unit is arranged at an offset from a stopper element of the securing unit, and the securing unit is movable into a locked position.

  • Patent number: 8365882
Abstract: A spring for a composite brake disk. The spring has a planar central region with a hole and two spring regions which are formed symmetrically to one another and which in each case on sides lying opposite one another adjoin the planar central region. The spring regions in each case have an arc and a spring arm. Preferably, the spring arms have in each case an end region with a rounded bearing surface. By such a spring being used, a simple construction of a composite brake disk is made possible, the occurrence of hotspots and the effect of thermal rubbing being as far as possible avoided. At the same time, a functionally appropriate fit of the spring is ensured, the load on the pot due to the bearing surface of the spring being kept extremely low.

  • Patent number: 7815022
Abstract: In order to avoid oscillations and brake screeching associated with such oscillations, a brake caliper is provided with a reinforcing element. The reinforcing element is formed with a C-shaped profile element that is connected to the brake caliper on the underside of the housing of said brake caliper. The reinforcing element can also be configured in order to hold the brake pads and linings and therefore relieve the housing of the braking torque.

  • Patent number: 6269734
Abstract: It is frequently important for the piston of a hydraulic piston-and-cylinder assembly, in particular the brake piston of a disc brake, which is slidably arranged within a cylinder bore to ensure a true-to-size mounting position of the piston inside the cylinder bore. Especially in the case of brake pistons of a disc brake, this determines the efficiency of provisions on the brake piston for reducing the occurrence of brake noises. According to the present invention, a key-type accommodation is provided on the piston which permits engagement by a matingly configured mounting means or mounting tool and, thus, renders possible the defined positioning of the piston within a cylinder bore.

  • Patent number: 6179095
Abstract: The invention involves a spring for a floating caliper disc brake with a frame jaw caliper which, in the middle section of its axial outer edge, has a side window and on both sides of this window openings for an axial bracket of a fixed brake anchor plate. The caliper is displaceably and axially mounted on the bracket of the brake anchor plate. Brake linings are attached on both sides of the disc brake to the bracket of the brake anchor plate in an axial, displaceable manner and are also overlapped by the frame jaw caliper. The invention includes a onepiece curved wire holding spring, the middle section of which is releasably attached to the axial outer brake lining and which has two springs arms that are essentially placed in a contrary tangential direction to the middle section. The holding spring biases the frame jaw caliper radially against the brake anchor plate and biases the axial outer brake lining axially against the inside of the outer edge of the frame jaw caliper.
