  • Publication number: 20240126180
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a system, a software application, and methods of digital lithography for semiconductor packaging. The method includes comparing positions of vias and via locations, generating position data based on the comparing the positions of vias and the via locations, providing the position data of the vias to a digital lithography device, updating a redistributed metal layer (RDL) mask pattern according to the position data such that RDL locations correspond to the positions of the vias, and projecting the RDL mask pattern with the digital lithography device.

  • Publication number: 20240073663
Abstract: Systems and methods for proximity device to device user interface management are disclosed. The systems and methods include a primary user device displaying variable data to a user assigned one or more tasks to be performed. In response to determining that the primary user device is within a predetermined range of an assistive device, the systems and methods pair the two devices, identify task data and/or other data, and modify a user interface displayed on the assistive device, where the modification occurs from device to device communication of displayed variable data and results in variable data from the primary user device being displayed on the assistive device.

  • Patent number: 9241008
Abstract: According to certain embodiments, a cyber threat analysis system generates a network model of a network infrastructure that is used by an organization, assigns a weighting value to each of a plurality of network elements of the network infrastructure according to a relative importance of the each network element to the organization, and generates an attack vector according to a determined vulnerability of the network infrastructure. The attack vector represents one or more illicit actions that may be performed to compromise the network infrastructure. The system may simulate, using a network modeling tool, the attack vector on the network model to determine one or more resulting ramifications of one or more of the plurality of network elements due to the attack vector, and determine a criticality level of the attack vector according to the weighting value of the one or more network elements.
