Abstract: Compositions and methods for the treatment of viral infections include conjugates containing inhibitors of viral neuraminidase (e.g., zanamivir, peramivir, or analogs thereof) linked to an Fc monomer, an Fc domain, and Fc-binding peptide, an albumin protein, or albumin-binding peptide. In particular, conjugates can be used in the treatment of viral infections (e.g., influenza viral infections).

Abstract: A surgery visualization system is described herein. The surgery visualization system includes a display monitor positioned in view of a surgeon and a support arm system including a first support arm and a second support arm. The first and second support arms are orientated such that the display monitor is visible to the surgeon between the first and second support arms. A 3D digital viewport coupled to the first support arm. A 3D digital microscope coupled to the second support arm. A computer system including a processor programmed to receive and process images from the 3D digital microscope and display the processed images on the 3D digital viewport and the display monitor.

Abstract: A computational method, apparatus and system for diagnostic and therapeutic prediction from multimodal data is provided for using machine learning to predict medical therapeutic methods using multimodal data. The computational method, apparatus and system for diagnostic and therapeutic prediction from multimodal data may include a biomarker and subtype identification aspect, multimodality aspect, machine learning aspect, and training aspect. A method for using machine learning to predict medical therapeutic methods, which may include targets, drugs, or combinations of drugs, using multimodal data using the computational system for diagnostic and therapeutic prediction from multimodal data is also provided.

Abstract: A catheter assembly is provided having a working lumen and a guide. The guide is configured to position a fragmentizing device within the working lumen. The guide is configured to prevent or minimize any unintended movement of a distal section of the fragmentizing device within the working lumen when the distal section of the fragmentizing device is positioned at a distal end of the working lumen.

Abstract: A structural element is disclosed that is shaped as at least one of a plank, a post, and a board. The structural element comprises a fiber reinforced ceramic cement body having at least an outer layer having a hardness and ductility suitable for receiving and holding a nail. Also disclosed is a structural element having a body at least partially shaped as at least one of a plank, a post, and a board. The body comprises at least an internal layer comprising fiber reinforced ceramic cement, and at least an external layer comprising a material suitable for receiving and holding a nail.

Abstract: A condiment package includes a front panel and a rear panel in facing relation to the front panel. Side seals are used to seal the front and rear panels to each other along sides thereof and top and bottom seals are used to seal the front and rear panels to each other a top of the package and at a bottom of the package. Indicia printed on the front or rear panel indicates, at a minimum, the contents of the package and advertising indicia on other of the front or rear panel represents a person or entity other than that represented by the contents indicia. An advertising medium is also disclosed.
