  • Patent number: 11914972
Abstract: Data processing apparatuses, methods of data processing, complementary instructions and programs related to ring buffer administration are disclosed. An enqueuing operation performs an atomic compare-and-swap oper-ation to store a first processed data item indication to an enqueuing-target slot in the ring buffer contingent on an in-order marker not being present there and, when successful, determines that a ready-to-dequeue condition is true for the first processed data item indication. A dequeuing operation, when the ready-to-de-queue condition for a dequeuing-target slot is true, comprises writing a null data item to the dequeuing-target slot and, when dequeuing in-order, further comprises, dependent on whether a next contiguous slot has null content, determining a retirement condition and, when the retirement condition is true, performing a retirement process on the next contiguous slot comprising making the next con-tiguous slot available to a subsequent enqueuing operation.

  • Patent number: 11906630
Abstract: Systems and methods for determining elevation based on structural modeling and light detection and ranging (LIDAR) data are disclosure. LIDAR bare earth data corresponding to an area within a parcel boundary is obtained as preliminary elevation data. A basis of structure boundary is determined for a structure within the parcel boundary based on an absence of the LIDAR bare earth data within a region in the area. Three-dimensional models are generated based on photographic data, to represent portions of the structure that affect LIDAR signals. A structure boundary for the structure is determined based on the basis of structure boundary in combination with supplemental elevation data generated using the three-dimensional models. Adjacent grade values are determined based on a portion of the preliminary elevation data and supplemental elevation data corresponding to an area between the structure boundary and a buffer boundary.

  • Patent number: 11897102
Abstract: A hydraulic screw tensioning device includes a tubular body, with a through opening and an annular cylinder chamber surrounding the through opening and a tubular piston movably supported in the tubular body and connectable to a screw to be tensioned. The tubular piston includes a stepped outer portion and divides the annular cylinder chamber into a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber. The second pressure chamber is closed by an annular end cap secured to the tubular body. The first pressure chamber is connectable to a pressure source for hydraulic fluid. The second pressure chamber is connectable to a pressure source for a compressible medium via a conduit connector mounted on the annular end cap. The conduit connector extends radially in relation to a geometric axis (A-A) of the tubular body. A damage protecting structure is provided to protect the conduit connector against accidental physical damage.

  • Publication number: 20240044738
Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for compressed fluid vessel monitoring can permit a user to more easily order replacement vessels, monitor use, monitor inventory and return empty vessels. Embodiments can utilize a collar connectable to a vessel to help facilitate such functionality. The collar can be adapted to transmit signals to a data processing system. The data processing system can be adapted to permit a user to track the location and fill status of the vessel as well as order a replacement vessel and disposal or return of an empty vessel. Instrumented vessels can also convey sensor data to help identify a leak condition or other condition of the vessel. In some embodiments, the data processing system can be adapted for integration into a user's inventory system and/or purchasing system as well as a supplier's system to facilitate communications concerning vessel fill status, reorder, and/or vessel return.

  • Patent number: 11871235
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to providing secure shortened URLs in character-limited messages. A computing platform may receive one or more character-limited messages sent to a user device. The computing platform may detect a URL within the one or more character-limited messages for replacement and generate a shortened URL corresponding to the detected URL, wherein a domain of the shortened URL is hosted by the message security system. The computing platform may then modify the one or more character-limited messages by replacing the URL with the shortened URL, and then cause transmission of the modified one or more character-limited messages to the user device. Next, the computing platform may receive, from the user device, a request to access the shortened URL, and redirect the user device to the detected URL corresponding to the shortened URL.
