    Abstract: The invention is a seal assembly, including a polyvinyl fluoride (PVF) film bonded to a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) substrate and attached to a plastic retainer element for being mounted to an aircraft passenger fixture by mounting holes formed in the retainer element through which fasteners extend into the seat. The seal is sufficiently flexible to bend into an inner sidewall of an aircraft cabin and to seal a space between the aircraft cabin fixture and the inner sidewall.
