  • Publication number: 20110068065
Abstract: A filter assembly for filtering particles from a fluid is disclosed. The filter assembly comprises a first plate, a second plate, and a channel. The first plate includes a first face, a second face, and a first set of apertures extending between the first face and the second face. The second plate includes a third face, a fourth face, and a second set of apertures extending between the third face and the fourth face. The second plate is coupled to the first plate such that the third face faces the second face. The channel is between at least a portion of the second face and at least a portion of the third face. The channel provides fluid communication between the first set of apertures and the second set of apertures and has a depth. The depth of the channel determines a filtration level.
