Abstract: A carriage for a linear guide system. The linear guide system includes a rail member including two running surfaces facing each other, and the carriage movable relative to the rail member in and against a pull-out direction. The carriage has a base body, a first pair of support elements and a second pair of support elements in the form of sliders and at least one first support spring element and at least one second support spring element. The second pair support elements is arranged spaced apart from the first pair of support element in the pull-out direction. Thereby, each of the sliders of the first pair of support elements and each of the support elements of the second pair of support elements is movably mounted on the base body in an upward direction perpendicular to the pull-out direction, such that each of the sliders is frictionally engageable with a respective one of the running surfaces.

  • Publication number: 20220364594
Abstract: A roller carriage for displaceable linear guidance in a longitudinal direction on a rail element is disclosed. The roller carriage includes a carrier, a first roller or pair, a second roller or pair, and roller or pair. Every one of the first roller or pair, the second roller or pair, and the third roller or pair is mounted on the carrier such that each can rotate about a rotating axle. The rotating axles are substantially parallel to one another and the first roller or pair, the second roller or pair, and the third roller or pair are disposed on the roller carriage such that the first roller or pair can be brought into engagement with a first track of the rail element and the second roller or pair and the third roller or pair can be brought into engagement with a second track of the rail element.

  • Patent number: 11415172
Abstract: The invention concerns a telescopic rail comprising a first rail element with two running surfaces, a second rail element with two running surfaces, at least one rolling body cage for positioning a plurality of rolling bodies. Such telescopic rails are found to suffer from the disadvantage that the rail elements and the rolling body cages all have to be designed to be moveable relative to each other. Accordingly, the invention proposes providing a telescopic rail in which the rolling body cage is secured to the first rail element so that the rolling bodies perform a sliding movement with respect to the running surfaces of the first rail element and the rolling bodies perform a sliding movement with respect to the running surfaces of the second rail element or roll on the running surfaces of the second rail element.

  • Patent number: 10647229
Abstract: Telescopic rail includes first rail and second rail supported against each other to be linearly slidable in relation to each other in an extending direction from a first position into a second position, and locking device. The locking device includes stop element on first rail, mass element held on second rail and movable in relation to second rail in the extending direction or against the extending direction, spring element resiliently pretensioning mass element with a spring force, and locking element. The spring force has a force direction in the extending direction or against the extending direction. Mass element is movable against the spring force from an idle position into a triggering position, and, through a movement of mass element against the spring force, locking element is movable from an unlocked position into a locking position such that locking element in the locking position can be brought into engagement with stop element.
