  • Patent number: 11939097
Abstract: A handle applicator includes controller that receives signals concerning marks on an endless band. The controller controls a contact body to be between a release position, in which a handle applicator is freely driven and a drawing position, in which the contact body contacts the endless band of material prior to its being cut to form the handle. The contact body moves along a continuum of positions between the release position and the drawing position based on actual position data indicative of actual positions of position markings on the handle.

  • Patent number: 9221620
Abstract: An article-grouping device which has at least three independently-driven drive arrangements and a plurality of divider elements located on crossbeams. Each of the drive arrangements moves the crossbeams, and thus moves the divider elements thereon to a position between adjacent articles in a stream of articles on a conveyor arrangement to divide the stream of articles into separated groups of articles. Each of the drive arrangements comprises a drive shaft and a pair of elongated driven elements, such as endless chains or toothed belts. At least two of the drive shafts both drive a pair of driven elements and support pairs of driven elements driven by other drive shafts.

  • Patent number: 8882491
Abstract: The invention is a connection duct between the blower and a mixing device of a burner. The connection duct expands wedge-shaped along a first direction and diverts air from the blower to a second direction. The connection duct further comprises diverting means for diverting the air in a circular flow around the second direction corresponding to a longitudinal axis of the mixing device. The diverting means comprise a tube section with at least one inflow opening arranged in the peripheral wall of the diverting means. A truncated cone comprising a tapering section is arranged in the tube section so that the tapering section faces in the direction of the mixing device. A passage cross-section of the inflow opening can be adjusted by a tube arranged in the peripheral wall which can be rotated around the tube's longitudinal axis and bears against the internal surface of the tube section.

  • Patent number: 8286781
Abstract: The invention relates to a device (1) for forming product groups from a flow of a plurality of identical piece goods fed by means of conveying devices, having an infeed track (16) and dividing elements engaging in the product flow in a synchronized manner transverse to the transport plane on at least one pair of driven, endlessly circulating flexible drive elements (7, 11, 12), wherein at least one crossbar (8) is disposed on each of said pairs of flexible drive elements, dividing elements (9) being held thereon, wherein at least three pairs of flexible drive elements (7, 11, 12) are provided within a device, wherein each of said pairs can be operated with a unique velocity profile.
